The hotel has a wonderful location and a wonderful spa area (very welcome after a busy day in Belgrade). Delicious breakfast and a beautifully decorated breakfast room!

On our first night, we were checked in to a room of a lower category than we had booked. This room had beautiful decor, high ceilings, lots of light, and a coffee machine (but no coffee capsules). The next day, after we informed them of the room category, after lunch, we were given the room we had originally paid for (superior with a sofa) on the 4th floor. However, it was less comfortable than the standard room, the walls weren't quite clean, and it wasn't as beautifully decorated as the standard room. However, there were two coffee capsules. I can note that both rooms have exceptionally clean bathrooms, very good plumbing, and hot water pressure. Upon checkout, the staff apologized for the misunderstanding with the room category, and we didn't pay the city tax or two coffees. Thank you very much for a wonderful time in Belgrade!

I stayed in Belgrade for six days and compared two hotels. This hotel was where I stayed for the last three days, and I was very satisfied.

1. Great location: two subway stops from the National Museum, and a supermarket just meters to the left.

2. The staff were warm, attentive, and patient.

3. Spacious room: the room type matched the pictures and descriptions, and the room was cleaned and towels changed daily.

4. The breakfast on the first floor had a wide variety of options and was nutritious.

Don't stay at the family room at level 1. The room no is 001. It looks like a temporary room inside the hall, spacious but no privacy at all. Lift is just outside the door. The bed is just after the door. The means the lift is only about 1m away from your bed. Can you image this is a family room? We stay there for 5 days. Everyday we ask if we can change a room. They always say sorry it is fully booked.

The location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English.
So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

Quite a decent hotel close to the city center. Clean, but small rooms. Wi Fi is fine. Some of the staff could get more hospitality training though, including the transfer service driver.
