Hyatt Regency Hotel in Belgrade

It’s huge and well decorated. It has a spa, a gym that is better than average in hotels, a couple of restaurants and in there is even a beauty place.

The location is very convenient and there is a mall by walking distance.

The staff was extremely nice and attentive

Hyatt Regency truly stands out among hotels in Belgrade. As a frequent business and leisure traveler to the city who has stayed in many hotels in this category, I can confidently say this is my top choice.

What differentiates the Hyatt Regency most is the exceptional service - from the moment you enter the hotel. The concierge team is welcoming and proactive, followed by a highly professional and efficient reception staff.

Another major highlight is breakfast: outstanding quality, surprisingly broad selection, and absolutely not to be missed. In fact, all dining options - including room service and both restaurants - are consistently excellent.

Finally, the spacious rooms with high ceilings make a real difference in comfort and overall experience. Highly recommended.

I spent my New Year holidays at this hotel, and the experience was truly excellent.
First of all, I want to highlight the outstanding level of service. The staff were consistently professional, warm, and incredibly efficient. From the front desk to the concierge team, everyone was helpful, polite, and quick to assist with any request. It really made the stay feel smooth and stress-free.
The rooms deserve special mention as well. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was simply luxurious. The overall comfort and quality of the room were top-level.
Finally, the spa area was a real highlight. A beautiful and well-designed space with multiple saunas, a great pool, jacuzzi, and a relaxing fitness and wellness atmosphere. It felt like a true retreat after a long day.
The food was also excellent, fresh, and very tasty. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed every part of my stay and would be very happy to return. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Belgrade for my final trip of 2025, over New Year’s Eve, with my wife and another couple who are close friends. The hotel was clearly very busy, yet the service stayed consistently excellent.

The doormen were welcoming and genuinely helpful. Reception handled the rush with patience and professionalism.

The standout of our stay was Strahinja in the Club Lounge. He was warm, efficient, and made the experience personal for all four of us. He also helped us secure last minute NYE tickets nearby, which was hugely appreciated. His language skills, cultural knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for people made a lasting impression. In my first year with Hyatt, he is one of the best representatives of the brand I have met.

I did not use the gym, but the equipment looked unusually high quality. The spa was outstanding, easily among the best massages I had in 2025, and that is compared with massages in places like Bali, Sweden, and Thailand.

Dining and cocktails were another highlight, the chefs, wait staff, and bar team were excellent. Indoor smoking took a little getting used to, but that is part of local culture.

While the rooms are starting to show their age, the staff and overall experience made this one of my top five stays of the year. Hyatt has also been consistently better at recognising loyalty across properties than other chains I have stayed with, and this hotel was a great example of that.

The lobby garden on the basement level is particularly wonderful; the guest rooms are large and very comfortable; the hotel service is excellent, and it feels very pleasant to be in a foreign country.

Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency Belgrade! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Tijana at reception went above and beyond — even though we arrived 4 hours before check-in and the hotel was fully booked, she still managed to get us a room right away. She was so kind, especially to our daughter, which really made our day.

Big thanks as well to the In-Room Dining team and Neda from HR for their exceptional care. The hotel has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and the staff are truly wonderful.
