I have stayed at this hotel many times before. I can honestly say. Last weekend will be my last time staying in this hotel. The people who work there seem be great. I had one weekend for rest and I stayed in room 501. The whole night there was banging on the walls. Doors slamming and I had to go down at the reception to ask to stop the NOISE. I used to like this place but I will find a better option in Belgrade. NOT this anymore.

Not worth it!!!
For a 5 star hotel, I can say that only the staff is on that level!
Too expensive for what we receive, too dark everywhere, bad food in the restaurant (Michelin star, not possible to be real...), the breakfast was the real joke.... Also for parking in garage costs additional 35€ per day... amazing! We paid 500€ for just a day and was really for nothing! Don't recommend to anyone!

We spent New Year’s here for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a place we’d happily return to.

We stayed at the Saint Ten Hotel in Belgrade from December 30 to January 2, for a total amount of 807 € for 3 nights.

While the hotel is well located and visually pleasant, the overall experience does not reflect the price level nor the premium positioning claimed. The value for money is clearly disappointing.

First, we contacted the reception to arrange a taxi to the Metropole Palace Hotel, located approximately 4 minutes away by car. We were informed that no taxis were available and were offered the hotel taxi for 50 €. Being already late and believing there was no alternative, we accepted. However, immediately upon exiting the hotel street, several taxis were waiting for customers. For comparison, the return journey between the Metropole Palace Hotel and the Saint Ten Hotel cost 10 € with a taxi. Charging 50 € for the same very short trip leaves a clear and undeniable feeling of abuse of trust towards hotel guests.

Second, there was no iron in the room. At this price point, such basic equipment should be a standard expectation.

In addition, a very uncomfortable situation occurred during our stay when my wife, who understands the local language, clearly understood members of the staff expressing that they did not wish to serve tourists, including us. This deeply affected our feeling of being respected and genuinely welcomed as guests.

Taken individually, these points might appear minor. Taken together, they highlight a clear misalignment between the price paid and the level of service actually delivered. For this rate, the experience is simply far too expensive for what it offers. This is regrettable, as with greater transparency, professionalism and a genuine customer-oriented mindset, the stay could have met very different standards.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Nice breakfast a la carte.
Quick laundry service.
Good location, not far from the city center, beautiful streets on a nearby area.

Comfortable and not crowded lobby, amazing Ayurveda tea.

Thanks to all.

The location of the hotel is average, very noisy. The hotel itself is not bad. I can't compare with others in this city. But it doesn't reach 5 stars (if compared with other European cities)

The hotel has style, but some facilities are inexplicable and the service staff are quite smart. When cleaning the room, the teapot brought by the guest was taken away. The waiters at the restaurant and bar are tall and handsome, busy chatting by themselves, and the service is relatively poor.

The hotel is excellent, clean, freshly renovated. But! A couple of things slightly marred the stay. The hotel does not provide an iron, citing safety. At the same time, they offer ironing services for a lot of money. There is no shoehorn. The waiters at breakfast are friendly, but they categorically do not remove the dishes from the table until you leave.

We booked an executive twin room, but were given a classic room when we checked in. When my friend found out, he went to the hotel front desk and told us that the room was no longer available that day and could only be adjusted for tomorrow. After half a day of communication, they agreed to provide two breakfasts. The front desk staff showed no apology throughout the whole process.

The hotel is exquisite and luxurious, but it is relatively small. The window of the executive room I booked is facing a very dilapidated residential building, which is very unpleasant... I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet.
