Cool island wild bird preserve that you can walk through and see you close many of the birds local to Seychelles. There are a lot of mosquitoes, so prepare for that, and don't wear black as it seems to attract them.

Our booking had been upgraded to a family suite so we had plenty of space. It was great accommodation, very clean with everything we needed. Although we had a couple of problems with the air-conditioning and water however they went after the way to quickly resolve them. They were there within minutes and they were so very helpful and apologetic. We would definitely stay hereSuch lovely stuff.

Superb location, stunning sunsets, good hospitality, comfortable rooms. Water in bathrooms is a problem which according to hotel is due to government restrictions. However you may need to tell the reception for urgent needs. Hot water may not come even when the water is released in bathrooms. Apart from this, its an excellent place to stay & enjoy. Anse kerlan beach is a bit difficult to locate but is worth the effort. It passes thru a private property, which is a hotel. If one has some drink there, then the hotel cooperates with you in terms of allowing your car to be parked in the nearby area. Else car needs to be parked further down and one needs to walk a bit. Tatjana and Pascal have been incredible hosts during our six day stay. The chalets are in excellent condition: Clean and beautiful. The private portion of the beach is beautifully cared for as well. Very cosy villas, next to the sea. Lots of room, very attentive and friendly host (thank you Anna Rose) who takes cares of your every wish. Beach is great during the summer season (nov - may), as there is lot of seaweed on this side of the island during their winter season. We can highly recommend the place, in paricular if you have a rented car.

Everything liked very much: location on the beach, private garden, a house, that was very clean, cozy, tasteful and beautiful. The gorgeous Anse Georgette beach is within walking distance. The hosts Iris and AnnaRose are very friendly, hospidali and nice!

The villa is on very good location with view on beach. Very comfort, very clean, nice decoreted villa . Only some things has to be correct. The AnnaRose very kind , her mother also. This is for sure nice place. Only we could not use the beach becouse of many death grass and seaweeds. Very closed to Anse Georget and thanks to AnnaRose you will have no problams to go on that beach.

AnneRose is an amazing host. It helps you and support you any time of your stay. The villa is comfortable, big and super clean. The position is good to Anse Georgette but quite far from the rest. Still a very new villa, very close to the bus station, so easy travels. A bit further from all of the main places to visit, but the bus road trip is very entertaining. I booked a superior one bed room, which consists of very good sized double bedroom, kitchen with microwave, grill, oven and hot plate and everything you need for your stay (including a kitchen table if you wish to eat indoors!), bathroom with double sinks and shower and a great patio with table and chairs. Wonderful quiet Villa A wonderful set of villas in a quiet part of Praslin. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful (excellent service). The only thing that was not excellent was the amount of seaweed on beach and in water. Swimming is best done at other beaches that require taxi, bus or rental car.

This a very nice beach front property. The units are modern and spacious. Staff are very helpful. There are at least 2 good restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the property. The beach is wonderful and early morning and evening walks are a must. Property location is on the quieter side of the island but that suited us.

Building quite new and well equipped Staff is always at your disposal for everything and suggestions for places to visit and restaurante. I highly recommend it. Useful position to visit the Island. Stores are in the surroundings.

I was lucky enough to stay at Villa des Alizes recently and was absolutely blown away by the rooms and venue! No cleaning, no view from sea view suite. Dont expect an ocean view in the ocean view suites. There is no view. The pictures are better then then in real life. And there is only cleaning once during your stay.

Amazing hotel but one big disadvantage is that their top notch beach doesn’t have any facilities (no sun beds, no bathrooms). They should have done something (like reduced golf field which they have tons and created beach club). The one in the hotel was covered in sea **** and wasn’t too nice to swim in.
