Hotel Villa Bianca in Liptovsky Mikulas

If you’re looking for stress, last-minute cancellations, and zero accountability — this is your hotel.

I booked and paid for my stay, six days in advance, only to receive a cold cancellation message less than 24 hours before check-in. Not even a phone call — just a short message saying “we're sorry, your booking is cancelled, have a nice day”, with no explanation, no alternative, no apology.

If your idea of a vacation includes calling the hotel yourself, begging for answers, getting frustrated, and trying to find a new place to stay at the last minute, then by all means — go ahead and book here.

Absolutely unacceptable service. A hotel that cancels confirmed bookings without reason, at the last moment, is not a place you can rely on.

close to the city centre many restaurants and shops close by.

-5 star like previous reviews as for communications with staff when it comes to pay they know easy how to speak English, but when it comes to ask for support on maintenance or other hotel services or outside references in city need to relay on either networking within hotel guests or Google maps recommended on your personal queries,
Constantly needed work with Google translate to solve my situation upon all the above.
Not to mentioned the jacuzzi at the rooms just decorating while the in public one informed working on day which we couldnt reach out , while other days no one was occupied and was inform not available. When working in frontal services qualification for the minimal requirements for the role is the bare minimum. This means communications, language support and be able to be available, no one was on front desk 90% of the time throughout the day ( different hours).

Rooms:

Rooms were fantastic spacious and had all the amenities needed. Small kitchenette huge storage space for clothes, shoes and everything else you imagine. Cleaning nealy daily but not changing bed sheets nor towels just vacuuming and common areas.

As I have for the lord recepčného reserve a room from Saturday to Sunday (last week) by phone and when we arrived in the town of Liptovský Mikuláš so we announced that we the room be booked from Sunday to Monday. 2x I pointed out that it has to be from Saturday to Sunday ! Unfortunately, we were forced to cancel our trip.
