We arrived late at night so the reception was already closed but the Host was very kind and let us to pick the apartment key in the hotel.
There was also some road work near to the hotel but we were well informed by the Host so we could plan our arrival according to this.
The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The breakfast was copious and delicious. This accomodation is near from the village center so you can reach everything easily also by foot.
Unfortunately we had some bad experince.
Our apartment was on the third floor in the rooftop so some part of it was really short. We often hit our head into the ceiling. In the bathroom, the tub was under the rooftop so a normal tall person can't have a shower comfortably even though the bathroom was roomy. Unfortunately we had some problems with the hot water. On the first couple days, when weren't many guests in the hotel, we got hot water but we had to let the water flowing long, while we got it finally. After more guests arrived we hadn't have hot water anymore. On the third floor after entering into the apartment you should use more stairs to reach the rooms.

Comfortable, spacious place with easy access and complete amenities. Upon arrival, we found a pair of glasses under the bed, which suggests the cleaning process could be improved. The breakfast is varied and of good quality. There is no reception service, and check-in must be done at the chain's main hotel, a 5-minute walk away. The staff at the main hotel were friendly and helpful in addressing any potential issues arising from the lack of equipment at our hotel.

Upon arrival we found it a little frustrating that check in was in another hotel across the road. The reception team whoever we came across with was very polite, friendly and helpful. The room looked fabulous, trendy cottage style, we were in number 8. Unfortunately there was a huge wet stain in front of the main wardrobe in the master bedroom which took 2 days to dry, so it was a challenge to get in there without getting socks wet. The heating had it’s own mind, when we needed to dry some clothes at 10am it wasn’t working. The hot water was an issue. It was 5 of us and it took so long for hot water to start we must have wasted 30 litres of water each time. After 1 bath the hot water often simply stopped working ( in the evenings) and we had to run pots and kettles so others could have a bath. It was impossible to take a shower standing up due to roof being too low and the whole set up of the bath. This is irresponsible waste of water and it’s hypocritical to ask to save the water-reuse the towels - as per signage in bathroom. 3 of us had to take turns in one bath, to help to reduce this aweful waste. There is no housekeeping , only top up of soap and towels, this isn’t done every day. This is not an issue and housekeeping isn’t advertised, but the soaps were all finished when we arrived. Breakfast was awesome and it was changing slightly daily. BUT! Why on earth would you serve the old rolls/rohliky ?? These were simply aweful looking, untouched by guests and embarrassing as these are usually everyone’s breakfast favourite. It must be tough for the waitress team to hear people laughing at it and seeing their shocked faces. Just don’t serve them at all? Sliced Bread was nice. Team was always topping up and the area was very clean. I would try a different hotel next time-sorry Aplend!

Average stay. Good initial impression, but the longer we stayed, the worse it was. Mediocre breakfast, even the bread was not always that fresh, the same for vegetables. The sofa in the room was basically broken, we noticed it only when we wanted to make up the bed. But the worst thing was the smell in the toilet and in the bathroom; felt like mold, could not get used to it, awful!!! (and probably very unhealthy) There is probably something wrong with the ventilation, but I am not an expert. On a positive note, the crew was VERY helpful and reacted quickly to all of our remarks (e.g. entry card malfunction, bulb replacement, etc.)

Great location in heart of Tatranska Lomnica, comfy and spacious apartment. Tasty breakfast but with nearly the same offerings every day. Possibility to store bicycles and othwr equipment. Towel service in place. Without reception which is located in Hotel Lujza Major

The hotel is much overpriced when compared to other hotels. Rooms were large. To check in, I had to go to another, distant, hotel. Repeated when checking out.

We enjoy our stay all family. It was great we are comeing back every year and we enjoy it . Accomodation is clean, good breakfst. For sure we will come back again. Everybody at vila make everything the Best as it can do. Rooms are nice, quiret...

Very nice hotel in a very beautiful location with easy access to the Tatra mountains. The hotel is 2 minutes from the train station which offers you easy access to the surrounding villages and Poprad. Staff were pleasant and our room was comfortable.

Grear place! It was a beatiful, clean and spacious apartman. We had everything we wanted. Great value for money and perfect for a family stay. We discovered the playroom on the first floor which is a super option for kids. The lady at the reception was very kind and hepful. Location is great very close to supermarket and to the ski lifts.
