We have stayed at this hotel several times already, both in summer and in winter. Our kids love it and always look forward to returning. The great animation program and the kids' swimming pool are the main attractions for them. We, as adults, also enjoy it very much thanks to the excellent wellness area and the beautiful swimming pool. Although the hotel is not close to the slopes, the transportation is organized very well.

The rooms are spacious, the food is nice, the programs are well organized but the personnel is not fiendly at all, at least not with non-slovakians.

Highly recommended, very friendly staff, always fresh and tasty food, lots of activities for the whole family, especially for kids, everything was very clean, we will definitly come back.

Hotel with very unpleasant staff, not clean, they don't change sheets at all!!
Even when asked.
There are activities for children but only for Slovak speakers
Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Me and my boyfriend visited wellness hotel Chopok last year during summer and it was an unforgettable visit. We enjoyed our stay so much! The service was kind, polite and very happy to help. The food was amazing! The chef was so kind that he even offered me to teach me how to cook my favourite meal in their kitchen! Which were ,,guľky plnené čerstvým ovocím so strúhankou" My boyfriend was also not bored at all! He enjoyed playing bowling, billiard, and funny quizes with his friends. All of us then went to the bar to grab a drink and talked. The other day we stayed at the hotel and enjoyed wellness. But wellness hotel chopok was also offering us a trip with bikes or going hiking. I think that by what you just read, I dont have to mention that this is one of the best hotels in Slovakia. Hopefully this review helps

We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day.
We enjoyed half board - good choice as during the day we went hiking and ate outside. Selection of food for breakfast was very good; during breakfast you chose food from 3 adults menu options and 2 kids menu options for the evening. Pool area for families was also very nice - our little one had a lot of fun! All in all a very nice getaway from Bratislava!

Excellent hotel suitable for families as well as couples with tons of activities available indoor as well as in near surroundings. Tons of activities in two wellness centers, lobby bar, bowling, billiard, kids corner, lego corner, game room, non stop fitness center and outdoor playground will make sure that there is no space for boredom in this place.

Wonderful family stay. We recommend the hotel especially as a great family hotel, with a wonderful wellness, restaurant and entertainment for children. But thanks to the second separate wellness for adults, everyone will relax. I believe we will come back again. :)

We were accommodated in the new Traditional Apartments and Studios Lúčky, located under the Chopok mountain! Beautiful surroundings, clean, new, fragrant accommodation and the wellness in the hotel is simply great and of a high standard. We can only recommend it!
