The accommodation was fine, I had a beautiful view of the Tatras. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel, I recommend this hotel. There is also a good restaurant right next door, which is great. The only downside was the rather weak breakfast, especially regarding portion sizes and the fact that you have to order them. If they had a buffet instead, it would be much better.

the hotel is located at the city entrance. The parking lot is shared with the stores nearby. The front desk is closed from 20.00 until 13.00 so if you need help you are in a problem, there is no restaurant at the hotel so you have to go out to eat. there is an ice cream shop next door.

- hotel is very small with simple modern look - enough parking places right in front of hotel - hotel rooms are nice and clean - it's important to use curtains they have there, otherwise sunrise will wake you very early - bed was too soft for me, but otherwise ok - breakfast were tasty, starting at 8:00 in their restaurant which is separate building next to the hotel I would recomend the hotel if you are looking for a nice and simple place to sleep in Porad.

Wrote in to ask for room availability at the very last minute and the hotel team was extremely prompt to reply and reserve a room (unlike another property close to the ice hockey stadium..).
The room was new, clean, with the necessary amenities available. While reception hours are limited, they have left other options to contact them - which was very appreciated.
Breakfast was at the nearby café/ bar, was delicious and we had 2nd servings! The ice cream bar nearby was awesome too
It's a 15min walk to the city centre, and there's a supermarket nearby. Would highly recommend

Spacious and well decorated room. Comfortable bed and fresh made breakfast on request(based on a menu). The only minus was the WiFi. For some reason it wasn't working during my stay!

Modern interior, comfortable family rooms, clean bathrooms. Supportive staff, convenient contactless check in at late hours (key box next to hotel door). We will be back whenever we visit Slovensky Raj.
What I missed is tea/coffee set in rooms.

The staff is really really friendly and helpful. The woman, who worked at the reception gave us great tips where to go and what to see. She printed maps and train schedules for us. Super helpful.
Rooms are neat and clean and the whole hotel seems pretty newly build. So everything is pretty modern. Balcony was rather small. We chose this hotel because we wanted to have a great view to the Tatra Mountains. As you can see in the photo we had a view of the mountain, but the streets around the hotel look quite industrial and grey. Next time we will definitely book a stay in the mountains itself. But the hotel is definitely good and worth a stay.
