The facilities are well kept. The breakfast had lots of great options.

Two or three stars, probably considered pretty good for a mountain area. The staff were quite nice, but the hotel itself was rather large, and the facilities were a bit low-end.

Simple, decent hotel, clean and great location for the centre and train station to the mountains.

Very clean and spacious rooms, and a great power shower. It was super quiet when I was there which I prefer it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It's very convenient if you want to visit the high Tatras mountains, and also Aquacity park is around the corner.

Big. Unclear navigation, easy to get lost. Bracelets can be unavailable for some reasons and you, blocked beetwen zones, need to wait if smone from stuff suddenly will go by. But the place is fine, thermal outdor pool is very relaxing. Fun kids zone.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and very friendly personnel! Restaurant has good and diverse food! The only interesting aspect is paying for tap water, 3€ per 1 litre jug. The aqua park is very clean and has all you need. The hotel has beautiful mountains view and is located very close to the city centre.

We were probably at a time when it wasn't as packed. The staff would need some training in costumer service. I get it that it must be exhausting with the sheer volume of people, but common courtesy would be nice. Been to few pools in my life and nothing here was with a wow effect. Nice place to be, the park is great after a day full of attraction. Air condition did not work well, so it was hot in the room. Dinner is nice, I think it is better to go to a restaurant.

The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Clean place, good location (5 min walk from the aquapark), amazing breakfast. Most importantly super nice owners, who take care and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great breakfast, you can rent a bike here. Dog friendly!!! Thank you, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Yes the furniture and rooms are maybe somewhat outdated, but the owners make up for that by their friendliness and generosity! Every morning there was breakfast with freshly prepared eggs, you could chose whatever you wanted that day. There is enough place for free parking directly at the pension. Planned to stay there for four nights, but extended to six. Nice host with plenty of hiking tips. Very good breakfast and comfortable beds. I can highly recommend this place.

Great friendly owners , a bit far from the mountains but in the Poprad city centre

Had the best swim ever. The lane was just for me, I recommend to come in the morning if you want to really swim. The temperatute of the waterwas perfect for swimmers, the pool was clean. I swam 1.5km and then had a nice chat with the staff and also bought a snack and a Coke.

Hotel is very nice, children and pet friendly. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are clean only when you come for dinner later than 7:30 pm there is not so much to choose from. The hotel is connected to the Aqua Center.

A large complex with many attractions for adults and kids, bit crowded and "corporate" for my taste, but you can certainly enjoy a weekend with family here. It doesn't compare though with Tatralandia, a similar but more beautiful and enjoyable place just under 60km away. Amazing entertainment in warm water for a day as long it is.

A little bit of an older aqua park. Has decent thermal pools. Could be cleaner. Food and drinks are very expensive. Been here multiple times and each time I'm less and less sure about it.

The staff at the sales of Aquapark is awful. You are asking some info about Aqua park and she is looking at you with the face like: You are bothering me. It is really not nice experience. We are clients and we deserve to be treated with thank you.

The accommodation was fine, I had a beautiful view of the Tatras. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel, I recommend this hotel. There is also a good restaurant right next door, which is great. The only downside was the rather weak breakfast, especially regarding portion sizes and the fact that you have to order them. If they had a buffet instead, it would be much better.

Wrote in to ask for room availability at the very last minute and the hotel team was extremely prompt to reply and reserve a room (unlike another property close to the ice hockey stadium..). The room was new, clean, with the necessary amenities available. While reception hours are limited, they have left other options to contact them - which was very appreciated. Nice place for a cheap stay. If you prefer to stay in the center of the city - this place is definitely not for you. Location is great if you whish to have a train station in max 5 min walk distance (from station you can go to Lomnica and Smokoviec in High Tatra mountains). The rooms don't have an AC. But otherwise they are mostly clean. There is an adorable old man working the reception. Check in is from 14:00 but he allowed us to have the room much earlier. There is a rude guy working in the restaurant by the hotel. There is also a small shared kitchen for the hotel guests which we did not use.

This penzion is awesome. The staff is really nice and helpful. The location is great- 5 min to the center. The room is tidy and very comfortable. I really would come there again to enjoy slovakia.

Nice place, clean rooms. Railway station is not far but there were no trains diring the night. There is a kitchen and a fridge available. The owners are not yong people and they have some difficulties with language that I found not a real problem for open-minded people. All the rest was really good, so I don't really understand why Slavia has so bad rating. And be ready to pay BY CASH.

I have been there twice over last week.I cannot comment on accommodation or food but service of drinks was superb and they have a great atmosphere there.The place suits for small meetings as well as the bigger functions.Next time I am in Poprad i will have to pop them a visit.

This property encompasses a couple of buildings and a large backyard. There is an open air restaurant on site for food and beverages. The friendly staff speaks English which was very helpful. It is a 5 minute walk to the town of Poprad for anyone who wants more dining options. Very nice stop close to the Tatra Mountains

Quiet accommodation close to the train station.

Vila Mery was a very comfortable place complete with a restaurant and a spa. We added an additional night and had to change rooms. Both were great! The owner was great at check-in. It was a little farther walk to town than I had believed, but that was OK too

The hotel is located in a quiet area by a stream. The yard surrounding the hotel is quite roomy and would be a great place for children. While the room was adequate, it provided few amenities. The couch in our room was so uncomfortable that in order to sit on it, we had to place a blanket as a cushion. The walking distance to downtown proved to be much much longer than we had been led to believe.

Went there only for a coffee and some cakes. The coffee was great but the cakes were the real star - just amazing. Homemade, very tasty. In case you are nearby, I'd totally recommend to pay a visit!

Great place with an extremely nice and helpful receptionist. But if you have many large pieces of luggage beware - there are many stairs ;)

Tiny cafe in the ground floor of a small local hotel. Extremely attentive and friendly staff (elderly gentleman who really puts his heart into what he is doing). Good coffee, cozy interior and pricy, but delicious cakes. Located eight in the center of pictoresque village of Spisska Sobota well worth the visit.

It really is one of the best places you may visit to enjoy your dinner. Been here couple of times, never left unsatisfied. Waiter is polite, knows about what he's serving. Food itself is very tastefull, really it gets my full recommendation.

It is in a great location, the whole street is like a painting. The rooms are unique and big, well equipped. The breakfast was enough. Only one weakness is that it is written that the staff speaks English, but we had some problems to understand each other, as their English is quite weak.

This is amazing place! Owners are honorable and helpful. One of the booking websites made mistake, but They supported us in that hard situation, offered great accomodation and showed wonderful hospitality. Location is the best, rooms are clean and charming. It's only few meters to aquapark and 10 minutes to city center. We will visit this place for sure next year!

Located close to Aquapark. 15 minutes from train station, so you may easy to ride to Tatras. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Owners are easygoing people. Speak English, Slovakian, Polish.

Good location. Clean. Kitchenware. Horrible mattress (private, double room). I had to put two mattresses together to sleep, because each was about 8 cm thick - THAT is not what you would want to sleep on.

The room was clean, the staff nice, the kitchen could be equipped better. The check-in was easy. You also get a discount to Aqualand.
