Lovely place With fantastic food and great thai massage.

Gorgeous , relaxing hotel which offers spa. Not the cheapest but worth it. Would definitely visit again especially in winter. Would highly recommend for families , couples or single travelers. Welcoming place , good food, great spa facilities.

Newly reconstructed hotel with great wellness, food and even random sport activities. The rooms are not big, but very clean though. They have thay own basketball/footsall court, squash court, bowling. Court, billiard and ping pong are free for hotel guests. Every evening has a life piano music at the lobby bar. Staff is very friendly. There is also an EV charger at the parking lot.

The hotel offers a very good quality of services provided. Wellness is clean, functional and large. It has different variations of corners where you can spend your relaxing time. Right after our check in we had amazing wine for welcome drink. Best way to start your weekend. Room was amazing, spacious and with great view. They also prepared bed for our baby with teddy bear. The location of this hotel is beautiful. The hotel is less beautiful. The room is ok but the pink carpet has odd stains on it. Very small bathroom with no room for toiletries to be placed in the room. The hotel is laid out with two areas, which is not explained when you check in. You are given general directions to an elevator and then you are essentially on your own. A map would be helpful....

We stay there every year in summer. Staff are friendly, good culinary, new spa downstairs. Lobby bar is chill, it’s with gym, sauna, jacuzzi. View on Tatra side is fantastic. Strategic location for the hiking to Slieszky dom.

We were here on a team building. The food was nice and the staff were friendly. The bar should be open longer, especially with thirsty soldiers.

the food was amazing, the rooms were fine except that the hygiene was poor- there was a lot of dust on the floors. the wellness was amazing and so pretty. i hated the kids playground tho, it had a wierd and bad smell. the service was fine, the cooks and waitresses were sweet, the people on reception were sweet as well but the cleaners were a bit rude and did their work poorly. id give this hotel...

Likable place for your rest. The hotel has spa and there offer a tasty meal. We can see a lot of things during your walk to countryside. Staff is very helpful, kindly and dog friendly. There is a parking and WiFi free. All guests will get breakfast free. Good price / accommodate and services ratio. I recommend these place for tourism.

Very clean room with a balcony and a dedicated bathroom, shared kitchen with everything you need, friendly and helpful owner, good location to go on hikes, board games available for a rainy day and delicious breakfast :)

I was part of a big Australian group that stayed here for a week. I had an excellent stay. I absolutely loved my big room with balcony and view. The breakfast was great and variable each day. There was a common room that received sun so that we could have a little happy hour before going out. There was also a little kitchen to cook meals, and a fridge on each floor for us to store items. Lovely, large room. Nice breakfast, featuring mama's home-made cakes, among other things. Nothing was too much trouble for host Palco who was kind and generous to guests. Highly recommend this place for a stay.

We had a great experience here. The owner Palko is kind, gentle and consideraable. He has made big efforts to accommodate my dietary requirements - gluten and lactose free and our earlier hiking trips. The room is comfortable and clean; the breakfasts include the homemade sweets are delicious

This was the second time we booked a room here. The owner is a very kind person, promptly answered our questions before arrival and during our stay (five days). Second time coming here and it was perfect both times!! Everything was clean, beautiful view of the mountains from our room and the coordination with Palko was flawless and he helped where he could. Fyi- morning breakfast was excellent.

I've been coming to this privat for years now.. the rooms are always nice, clean and tidy. The host is so kind, friendly and welcoming that you feel like you are visiting a friend not staying in a accommodation.. love it here and hopefully will be coming in many years to come..

Accommodation in Stary Smokovec Villa Kunerad is centrally located in the town. It is probably primarily a ski hotel, so not much has been done to make the rooms particularly cozy. I was not sent any information about checking into the room before arrival. There is no reception, so I had to call the contact person to get information on how to get into the house. There was also not much information...

Great place, good location, close to shops , restaurants.

The apartmant was good and cozy. The staff were kind and helpful furthermore they spoke english. The breakfast was also good. It is good for families because there is a lobby where the children can play in the corner. It is a bit hard to find the by car but the staff helped us how to find and park our car.

Extremely great place to stay with kids!! Play area with lots of toys, mini kitchen in the room with all necessary: fridge, microwave, electric stove and needed dishes. Breakfasts were good as well. Very warm and cozy, you really feel like home here! We stayed with 2 kids (1 and 2 years old) in New Year period, and had wonderful time! I would definitely come to Villa Kunerad again.

Great lokation: 2 min walking distance from lift til Hrebienok (the mountain top) shops or restaurants and 5min from skiresort Jakubkova luka with blue pist. The place was very nice and clean.
