The staff at the sales of Aquapark is awful. You are asking some info about Aqua park and she is looking at you with the face like: You are bothering me. It is really not nice experience. We are clients and we deserve to be treated with thank you.

Nice hotel with elegant rooms
The added value is of course the access to the acqua park.
Breakfast has a medium quality, room service is good.

Absolutely positively surprised! Fantastic program for kids, several facilities for them, wide selection of wellness treatments, and EXCELLENT food. We'll definitely be back more often

Okay rooms, staff pretty unfriendly, horrible location next to the football stadium and tennis courts. Food was average and restaurant staff below average.

The hotel is inside the stadium tribune, which is quite an interesting fact. You have to look very close to see the entrance of the hotel, but the hotel is great. The rooms are modern, clean, cozy, warm and you have enough space for all you stuff (including ski equipment). The hotel is very well located, in a quite neighborhood but very close to the old town and the city center. You get free entrance to the Aquapark, which is a great bonus. The restaurant of the hotel is small, but nice decorated. The food is OK, always warm and you have enough diversity, so you have from where to chose. The staff is very professional, friendly, nice and willing to help. Another plus point of this hotel is the fact that you have easy access to the highway to go to the ski resorts.

PROs [+] across the street from Poprad Aquapark [+] breakfast and dinner included [+] Aquapark entry included [+] very friendly and helpful staff [+] new, modern and fresh [+] high speed wi-fi [+] spacious and clean shower [+] large selection of TV Channels CONS [-] a minor setback, but it was very hard to find the hotel, due to the fact that the hotel itself is basically under the west wing of the football stadium, and there are absolutely no signs whatsoever to indicate direction or whereabouts. We were literally standing in front of the entrance to the hotel and had no idea where it was, until we called the reception and they met us outside. - no air conditioning in the rooms, though the nights in June were cool enough to help lower the temp

This hotel is convenient for aquacity visitors. Other than that you wouldnt pick this place as is. Its a refurbished stadium tribune. Reception staff were incredibly nice and the small restaurant is also very nice with nice homey buffet food. Considering it was a buffet, it was actually the best i ever had, nothing was overcooked, soggy or cold. Pros are: good convenience for aquacity, free aquacity passes within accomodation, kind and helpful staff, buffet style dining so you dont have to wait for a la carte, bathrooms are very nice - well used tiny space, location just off the motorway. Cons: expensive if you dont want to use free aquacity passes, not sound proof, you can hear literally everything that happens around you, the rooms are tiny, even though we were given a larger room according to the receptionist.

THE LONGER I STAYED THE LESS STARS THEY GOT.

1. The Double bed is separating when you do the slightest move. If I would sleep few more hours I might wake up in the Pool Instead. Loved going to sleep after a hike not knowing if I’ll have to hike back to the hotel in the morning (/s).

2. No Free Drinks On Dinner. While food is overall great with some dishes slightly disappointing, when we asked for water we were asked what is our room number , or if we want to pay with cash or card. We were not even offered a Drink Card

3. NO ENTRY TO AQUAPARK AFTER CHECKOUT.
When we asked on hotel reception whether we can Go to AQUAPARK after checkout we were told it would not be a problem. However after coming to the aquapark it became a problem. Two of us had Wellness Upgrades purchased for The day of checkout and Two of us had Massage appointments. Manager allowed the Massage People in in the end.
