Nice place to stay ... quiet, and looks like it has good steaks at the steakhouse.

I will never stay there again! It's not cheap, a five-star hotel with hotel-like amenities.

1. First of all, the carpet was filthy; I didn't dare walk barefoot.

2. The elevator was constantly breaking down; several times the downstairs button didn't work, delaying my travels.

3. The service attitude was terrible. I had to wait two hours to buy a beer, and they insisted I drank their minibar contents when I brought my own bottled water! ***!

The hotel is very convenient, close to clients, and suitable for both business trips and travel. The chain hotel service is trustworthy, and I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! It's very close to the city center, making travel easy!

Our room was on 10th floor and was absolutely amazing, stylish wooden Japanese style walls with loads of mirrors, a comfortable bed, super modern bathroom with bath and shower. The room was really well equipped including a minibar, safe, hairdryer and a kettle. The breakfast was also great, I loved the locally grown cucumber and tomatoes, Slovakian traditional foods and gluten free bakery available upon request. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best of all the hotel has a gym! The only thing for possible improvement would be the slow lift and the view around the hotel from our room. But I’d definitely recommend Yasmin to anyone who wants to stay in Košice and will stay there again! For me 10/10

The front desk lady was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good night sleep, which is very important. The room was quiet. It had a beautiful view from the huge window. The breakfast in the morning had a small but good selection. The staff was very helpful. Their cappuccino machine made the best cappuccinos.
The only negative thing that I found was that the carpet looked old and had stains, the room was too dark for my taste.

Nice hotel, clean, good location, good breakfast.
No wellness area (receptionist said it’s been some time), bed not comfortable for two people (felt like innerspring), TV was not working.
I would look for a different hotel in this price range with wellness.
