Charming hotel with modern amenities and so close to the slopes! Very professional and friendly staff, in particular the lovely receptionist who went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Situated right by the slopes and on the higher end of the mountain Hotel Jasná was a pleasant surprise. Matching modern life qualities with a very genuine wooden winter cottage aura. Friendly and great staff. Don't forget to visit the wellness spa.

Breakfast had a good selection. Showers were hot and powerful. Only problem were the thin walls where you can hear everything going on next door or in the corridor. We were unlucky to be next to a room with a crying baby all night which kept us awake. Also, the hotel is up the slope so you would have to walk up with all your ski equipment or get on the last lift up by 15:30.

If you're without car, be ready to take a taxi (10 euro to Tatranska Lomnica, 20 euro to Poprad). The train has stop near hotel, but it goes only on Saturday and Sunday in the winter. Comfy and spacious rooms, 5 minutes drive from ski resort. Ski bus operates only in the high season, if you stay before Christmas you need to drive to get to the slopes. It with to stay here tho. We spent a skiing holiday here. Very well located, we were more than satified with the service, wellness area and the food. The hotel provided ski bus service was particularly useful.

We spent a week in this hotel and we noticed that the room was dirty, not cleaned through all week and the staff was not helpfull at all. The meals were quite well and the wellness was pleasant. Nice and not expensive place for skiing holidays with friends.

The staff is serviceable and nice. We asked a room with an air conditioner but the air condition did not work good at all. The rooms are big but without air - stuffy. Had the best swim ever. The lane was just for me, I recommend to come in the morning if you want to really swim. The temperatute of the waterwas perfect for swimmers, the pool was clean. I swam 1.5km and then had a nice chat with the staff and also bought a snack and a Coke.

They charge you for the BICYCLE 4 euro. In the price list it is mentioned "motorbike: 4 euro". Comfortable and clean hotel just outside Bratislava. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent—nothing special, but enough to start the day. A big plus is the good public transport connection to Bratislava and even a line that goes near Devín Castle. A convenient and pleasant place to stay if you're exploring the area.

Comfortable but far from Bratislava, everything is paid for. It was disappointing because the reservation offered use of the pool, which was not confirmed at the hotel, which also lists the pool as a separate charge, like other spa amenities. It's quite far from the attractions, but the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. It deserved more friendly service.

Hotel with guesthouse standard, but prices like star hotels. The price isn't justified here. We're talking about a 2-star hotel, or rather a guesthouse. The rooms lack soundproofing. You can hear other guests still in the hallway, the traffic outside the hotel, and the trains that don't run far. OK for a night while passing through, but nothing more.
