We have had an absolutely fantastic weekend. Besenova spa/waterpark is the best one in Slovakia, no doubts! And our stay in the Akvamarin hotel was just awesome! Great attention to guests, comfy room, super delicious food and the access to the waterpark is covered, so during the winter you don't have to walk outside to get to the pools. I feel very relaxed and l'll definitely come back

Breakfast was lovely and the receptionist when we arrived too. We were not impressed with location, there was a lot of noise in the morning due to grounds work. The electricity in my room disappeared few times.

Short 2 night break Check in staff excellent room very nice spacious very comfortable but then 2nd night no AC 😡 room 26.5 degrees did not sleep a wink. When checking out no offer of refund or complimentary water which we had to use. Quite disappointing end and will email the hotel on return for some form of refund

This heritage hotel was a great find - the service was exceptional, communication was clear and quick, and the staff was very responsive to any questions or concerns onhad during my stay. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious and well worth adding to my stay. Would highly recommend!

The staff was excellent. I got in early a Polarisnd they watched my bag for a couple of hours so I could explore the city. They also suggested a great place for a traditional Slovakian meal.

Very cute little boutique-hotel with nice interior and very polite staff. Unfortunately the main road passing in front is a bit loud, but otherwise ok! Extra points for the well-eqipped cigar lounge and the roof-top spa with stunning views on Nitra Castle.

It was modern, a big room with all amenities and a fine breakfast selection too. It was a 10 to 15 minute walk to the football stadium. I would recommend this hotel. I paid 272 Euro for 3 nights B&B as a single person.

Quite a little gem in Bratislava, just a stone throw from the main castle. Close to everything, and still easily accessible with car or public transport. Very nice IKEA design, with complete kitchen and even washing machine. In short: thumb up.

This excellent hotel has much to offer. Good restaurant and breakfast. Top notch service and friendly staff. We aren't pool or resort people, so we only comment on the hotel. The AC works well. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom clean and convenient. Quiet. I took away one star for its location. There is almost nothing nearby so if you are carless as we were, you must call taxis.

It's good but there's not that many swimming pools I think they are only 4 one is for kids only but has like a mini castle in the pool and a slide on top of it the second pool is connected to the third one but the third one is very small the fourth pool is big and has a big slide on the tower there's also a restaurant there nothing else to say very good reccomend

The staff are the kindest most helpful people. They were so welcoming and always tried to help, even when the didn’t understand fully. Enough people spoke English that we always had someone to help us. The whole stay was personalized to the number of guests in the room, to the number of towels, how the beds were set up, even the greeting on the tv. Highly recommend. I liked this hotel very much. However, my wife was bothered by the overuse of scent.

From the moment one walks in, you know this hotel is stylish. It was an 800 metre walk from the railway station but there is no traffic or pedestrian noise once you have your room. The trams from the station are one stop to the hotel. There are ticket machines at the station tram stop. An efficient lift was available. My single room was not cheap at 102.5 Euro per night. However it delivered....

Very nice hotel located right at the center It was a very pleasant stay again. I have been there a couple times already and the hotel is nicely allocated, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The only little downside is the parking situation. You have to park around 200m away on public parking spaces and that is for all day parking 16 EUR

Nice hotel, a bit outdated and in need of an update. Some of the rooms have windows facing a really noisy street with a lot of traffic even at night. Might have been a four star at some point but that must have been quite a few years ago. My shower didn't have a shower head holder which made showering a bit uncomfortable.

This was my second time staying at the hotel and if I ever go back to Kosice, I’ll stay here again. The hotel has a fantastic location: very close to the train station and is very close to downtown. The rooms are beautiful and big. The hotel has a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and big breakfast was included in the price.

We stayed in one of the apartments for a night and it was really cozy. It was Christmas so there was even a little Christmas tree in the living room. Well located only a couple of minutes walk from the city core.

It's a lovely boutique hotel. It is older with all the natural charms of what hotels were supposed to be. Each floor (4 in total) has a different configuration and little sitting spaces. The walls are pretty thin as you can hear your neighbour coughing, but because it's such a small hotel it itself is quite quiet. No shower curtain around the tub. Updated bathroom. For the place it's nice hotel. It has some flaws but overall I'd go there again. Hotel is nicely designed but the rooms could be better equipped. We had full board, the buffet breakfast could be better, but I understand they can't put tons of food for total aprox 10 people accommodated in the hotel during our stay. The lunch and dinner was excellent.

I was there like 3 years ago and i am content about my stay. Rooms were clean and tidy. Food was delicious and plenty. There was a gym(not so spacious but enough). Also there is a pool table that is perfect. The only problem can be a distance to the city, but no big deal. Anyway great stay

Very nice pace. The rooms and studios are renovated and are very comfortable and cozy. And very clean too. The studios are equipped with various stuff like fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine and all the detergents. The staff was very polite and cooperative.

Strategically located, very close to the many scenic points and tourist spots. Spacious unit, with the basic amenities like washing machine provided for convenience sake. The ambience gave a relaxation feeling, warm and cozy, feels like home. However it would be good that sandals and dental kits be provided, this is our suggestion. Overall a satisfying experience.

The location is great, a 5-10 minute walk from the old town. Parking is charged at €15 per night. I booked a two-bedroom, one-living room, one-kitchen, one-bathroom room. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the edges of Bratislava. It has a nice parking. The room was very large, clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was ok, but not too fancy. They also have a spa area with a swimming pool, which we enjoyed.

Apartments are spacious. Breakfast good enough. The restouran with great food. With cheap Bolt, location is acceptable. The best thing was service. We had issue with accomodation, and the staff resolved it in one hour, giving us additional appartment, for free. Amazing gesture. The spa is also good, with interesting metal swimingpool in the building accross the street.

Hotel is nice and comfortable although a bit older, but It was not a problem at all. We had an apartment for newly married and it was clean, pretty and quite big. Personal is super nice and always ready to help with anything. Also, the restaurant is on high level and they have their own parking. No room for smokers.
