My wife and I stayed here for 4 days during the Nova Rock music festival. The reception staff were excellent and answered all our questions in English without problems. The room is great. And the bed and pillows are the best I've ever had in any hotel. Breakfast is self service and was good, the coffee and tea selection was also great. And lastly the pool and spa are a great addition to staying there

Very good hotel for reasonable price to stay in Bratislava. Big assortment of delicious food served for the buffet breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. The most bright impression about this hotel was about swimming in the pool filled with +28C water and observing the snow otside of the big pool's windows in a cold winter day in December.

There is no reason not to visit this beautiful, heritage hotel. The hotel is in High Tatra, whichever direction you are going to take, you can find a hiking track into the mountain. Breakfast had a good selection. Showers were hot and powerful. Only problem were the thin walls where you can hear everything going on next door or in the corridor. We were unlucky to be next to a room with a crying baby all night which kept us awake. Also, the hotel is up the slope so you would have to walk up with all your ski equipment or get on the last lift up by 15:30.

Comfy and spacious rooms, 5 minutes drive from ski resort. Ski bus operates only in the high season, if you stay before Christmas you need to drive to get to the slopes. It with to stay here tho. Rooms were definitely not as described when booked, the pictures are not a good representation of the hotel overall. We brought this up to the staff when we weren’t happy with our room and the manager was excellent.
