Hostel Soline in Portoroz Airport

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I was given contradictory information about early check-in, and even at 1:30 PM I was rudely refused. The man at reception, who introduced himself as the owner, used disrespectful and condescending phrases like ‘Who are you?!’ Are you my boss?’ and ‘Are you the police?’. This place shows no respect to guests, has zero professionalism, and no understanding of hospitality. Avoid at all costs.

My experience with this hostel was shockingly unprofessional. Before my arrival, I asked about early check-in and was told that rooms would be ready around 12:00. When I returned at 1:30 PM, the man at reception (with a beard, who introduced himself as the owner) rudely waved me off with his hand, saying ‘No, absolutely not ready yet.’ When I reminded him that he had told me 12:00, he simply pointed to a sign that said check-in is at 14:00. If I had been clearly told from the start ‘absolutely no check-in before 14:00,’ I would not have wasted my time. Even worse, his language was shockingly disrespectful. He said things like ‘Who are you?!’, ‘Are you my boss?’ and even ‘Are you the police?’. Such words are unacceptable from anyone, let alone someone claiming to be the owner of a hospitality business. Finally, he dismissed me with ‘Then don’t stay, cancel and I’ll refund you.’ This behavior is unacceptable. There was no smile, no respect, and no sense of hospitality. If you value being treated with basic courtesy, I strongly recommend choosing a different place.

After Standing in Front of the Maindoor bY night and trying to Call the emergency Number which didn't respond at all, the reception Guy Just Said sorry for the disagree. The inner door was closed bY Key until 7.30 so what would Happen If there was a fire? Sorry?
