Zusterna in Koper

Everyone who works there do an amazing job, I have no complains about them, but the room was disgusting, and my family couldn't rest even one day, this hotel needed a huge huge renovation. How is it possible that the room doesn't have sockets to charge your phone or something else ? We had to unplug one lamp in order to charge the phones, but that's not the worst, under the hotel rooms there is a pizzeria, YOU BETTER DO NOT OPEN THE BALCONY DOOR / WINDOW, because the room will get a strong smell of frying food or similar, The smell of food is 24/7, and it's a constant strong sound the whole day and night ... how to rest ? I don't know. The hotel is well located but it needs to improve a lot in the rooms, the pools are fine ( only one slide btw). We have been in 4 different hotels in Slovenia before this one, and this one is the worst by difference. BTW check very well the towels, you might get a surprise in some of them. 🟤

I've been with my wife and our friend here for the first time just for having a relaxing day by using the therms.

We payed as per their prices 3 hours 12 euro each and 2 euros of penalty just in case you lost the card that you need to open the gate and after the wardrobe.

So, after we payed and we tried to enter, the lady told us that we have 3 hours and 15 minutes that we should use for having shower and changing our clothes and nothing more.

The pools and the hydro massages are pretty much fine. Our deckchairs were broken and after I asked to the lifeguard if I could change with another one, I checked all the deckchairs accumulated near us and they were broken too . At the end we preferred to keep the same we found at the beginning.
After we spent our time we counted that we should be ready and out at 2:10 pm.

At 1:40 pm we were out of the water and we had to wait for having a shower as they were busy and we are 3 persons.

The showers finally were done and we went back to the wardrobe for drying ourselves and changing our clothes.

So, in the whole wardrobe weren't one and I repeat one plug for the hair dryer and my wife came back to the lady in the reception and she said that there was only two plugs near her desk.

So it means more times that we are spending for finding plugs.

Long hair needs time to be dried and we were out 10 minutes late.

At least :

They took all of our 2 euros of penalty and asked us 0.60 cents each for 10 minutes late.

So we have been penalized and we paid for their disorganization.

Definitely we will not come back again.
