We stopped in the Art Hotel in March, we found the hotel to be clean and tidy, although our friends room did not get fresh towels one day. The reception is not 24/7 which we did not have an issue with, the guys were very helpful. Not the best hotel but the location is very good, there is a good Italian Restaurant close by. The negative is breakfast we thought, it is self service and not very varied. I would suggest the hotel invest in a proper toaster would help. We did have a good stay, fantastic city, must visit lake Bled.

The hotel is perfectly situated in a very quiet side street about 5-10 mins walk from the river and old town. I arrived early, but the friendly receptionist allowed me to leave my bag and come back a few hours later after exploring the city. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. As other reviewers have mentioned, the bathroom was unusual in that it was situated behind a glass screen and curtain, rather than being in a totally separate room. However as a solo traveller this was not an issue for me. Breakfast was adequate, although personally I would have liked a few more hot items. All in all though, I can recommend this hotel and would definitely return if ever in Ljubljana.

Very close to Old town in quiet back road. Bar on premises and useful advice on local restaurants supplied in room. Staff helpful & would recommend hotel.

Nice hotel in a pedestrian-only part of the city
The hotel was attractive, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

My only comment is that the hotel is in a pedestrian zone, so you have to park 2 or 3 blocks away.

Good room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. And could prepare a lunch bag if you needed to check out early. Such a good option for a really early flight.

We were there just for 2 nights for an Spartan race, we wanted something near the race and comfy, we got exactly that. Plus a lovely lady working with witty humor, friendliness and helpful! The cherry on top! And yes location location! Simple place and great! Love it

The Hotel Art is in a great location, a short walk to everything you would want to see

The staff was great at both check in and at breakfast. Breakfast is a small buffet and you can order one dish to be made

The bed was very comfortable, but the room was very basic. The WiFi was a bit spotty in the room. Great place if you just need the basics for a good night’s sleep

Perfect location
Great little hotel in a quiet location but within walking distance of all the main sights. Staff are welcoming & very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. The room was comfortable & clean but could do with a refresh, stains on the carpet & ceiling.
