Overall, I'm quite satisfied. Even though I booked this hotel last minute and it wasn't cheap, the environment, hygiene, and facilities were all pretty good. I'd consider staying here again next time; it's a decent choice.

The hotel was clean, but the rooms lacked ventilation windows; the glass windows were stuffy. It's about 5 kilometers from the old town, so you need to drive. There's a shopping mall behind the hotel with free parking. The mornings were also fantastic.

Very good value for money. Very clean hotel and very nice breakfast. It is Not in the city centre, it’s outside, but it’s very easy to reach to the city center. Nice food at the restaurant in the lobby.

Lovely place to stay in Ljubljana. about 30 mins drive from the airport, the staff is very warm and welcoming. The standard room which we stayed in was up to the mark, nice and clean, surprising spacious as well for European standards. The breakfast is lovely, not a huge spread, but whatever was provided was super tasty and nice. The added advantage is the location with a bus stop right outside the hotel from where you can get direct buses to the central area. There is a mall as well adjacent to the hotel and also a playing arena. Overall a fabulous experience and will definitely recommend everyone to stay at Radisson . We stayed here for 3N and absolutely loved our stay. Well done to the team, keep up the good work!

I stayed here expecting at least the basics — working WiFi and TV — and got neither. I reported the issues to staff, who told me, “Sorry, I can’t do anything.” No solutions offered, no follow-up, nothing. I was left without internet or TV for the entire night.

When I checked out, I was told to contact customer service for compensation — and was assured something would be done. Instead, I received a dismissive response claiming the TV was “working” (despite being locked in hotel mode and unusable), and they completely ignored the WiFi issue, even though their own staff confirmed it wasn’t working.

This experience felt like a complete runaround. Terrible communication, zero accountability, and no willingness to make things right. If you’re expecting basic amenities or customer service that actually cares, look elsewhere.

The hotel has an elegant environment, considerate service, clean and tidy rooms, complete facilities and convenient transportation. It is a very pleasant stay experience and is worth recommending. Overall good

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. It is located in the city center, which is quite convenient. There is a large parking lot and the front desk is very friendly.
Check-in is at 3pm, but we were allowed to check in at 1pm.
