Great location, clean room, decent breakfast. Cons: Upon check-in, we weren't shown to our room or where breakfast was served; the room was cold at night, and the air conditioning, which could be set to a warm temperature, didn't turn on.

Parking was in the parking lot below Parliament Square. I was charged €23 for parking from 4:30 PM to 8:30 AM the next day. For reference. The location was indeed good, and the breakfast was okay, better than expected. Surprisingly, I was given a family room. I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs myself, and there was no elevator in the parking lot.

The biggest plus is the location. You step out of the hotel and you're right in the center. Very convenient for travelers. The room is clean, well-maintained, and quiet. The breakfast is ample. We loved everything!

Needs a good make over. Staff helpful. No lift so be sure you get ground floor otherwise be prepared for 30 steps up. Family room spacious. TV doesn't work.

Fantastic location
Fantastic location right off the main square.
Plenty of bars/restaurants/shops on your doorstep.
Very comfortable rooms, clean & modern
The bathroom shower main hose/wall attachment was halfway down the wall so you couldn't stand under it, bit strange. Awkwatd when washing your hair. No kettle or voffee maker in room but communal kettle downstairs.
Very basic continental breakfast which could be improved with adding some pastries.
Service.was a let down for me. Struggled with my suitcase up the spiral staircase with no offer of help (2 people at reception)
Questions were answered but felt the guest was not a main priority.

The location was great and the room was very clean. The other guests were noisy and talking loudly coming and going and doors bang easily..
However my main problem with this hotel is that you have to hold the shower head. I prefer to stand under a shower, so this was an issue for me.

Excellent location. Stayed twice as a family of 4 and had very different rooms each time. Both fine, but second room on the ground floor was MUCH larger which was great with teenage kids. Good value compared to other accommodation we found in Slovenia.

The staff was very enthusiastcally attentive to our questions and very accommodating in allowing us to store luggage at the beginning and end of our stay

It's great that the quality is so good for such a reasonable price, even though it's in the city. The staff at the reception are also very friendly. I'd like to stay here again if I have the chance.
