Lovely property, room was very comfortable and large. Staff were very nice, not there all the time but that worked out okay. Use of a kitchen and a nice gathering space , inside and out. And the hot tub was fantastic.

Worst experience i have ever had . No aircon in attic room on a 35 degree day only a pathetic fan . Were told we would have to pay etra 70 euro per night for portable aircon . Owner the rudest person ive ever encountered .She is very shifty and a dodgy operater ! The intense heat and lack of circulation a breach of health and safety. We left after 1 night despite paying for 2 it was so uncomfortable . Could not wait to get away from the horrid place and the arrogant owner who is prone to lying ! Beware ! As well pool filthy and room not clean

Had the most amazing holiday driving n staying in the finest properties in Slovenia and meeting the finest and loving people. Only exclusion-this property. Paid in advance on the hotel website and the lady was super non courteous on the phone when I called to confirm the booking. She told me that we never had a booking and as a result we had to book another hotel and lost 150 Euros! We have the invoices/etc..but seems rather than probing the hotel owner replied it’s “Karma” on google reviews! I have shared the invoices/etc..don’t know how to take this forward..

Superb location 10 min walk to the stunning lake. We were welcomed by a very friendly and knowledgeable lady from the Philippines Our room was large and spacious with window shutters to keep the heat out. No tv or air on, but that didn’t bother us. Small cafe down the road for breakfast. Would I recommend, yes. But not if you are infirm as your room might be up two flights of stairs

Beautiful room with view of mountains. Great value. Very kind owner! We booked very last minute and everything was sorted by the time we arrived. Host contactable easily via ***********. Good location with parking. Very clean and comfortable!

The rudeness of the manager is above comprehension. One day before arrival we found out we don’t have a room. It was a mistake they made, but refused to excuse themselves, let alone offer something as compensation. Unbelievable!!!! They should’t run hospitality business if they lack empathy and decency.

We booked the deluxe(+20€) room option through booking.com, but you cant pay through booking.com. SO when you get your room, you need to pay.

SO our keys were ready, we entered our room. It looked fine. Later she called US we would get a different room because we booked deluxe... We switched rooms and got a room at the busy Street-side, with no warm sheets, A hard bed, no difference in luxery whatsoever. It was a downgrade really.

We learned here never to book deluxe again. Other rooms might be nicer and cheaper!!

I liked the porch swing, but the reason i really booked this place was for the garden... It had a jacuzzi, but was closed...

Loved our stay here. Rooms are large, nice bathroom with amazing showrr. Friendly staff and nice to have breakfast in the garden. Only improvement I can think of is air-conditioning.
