I visit this hotel at least twice a year. It's in need of renovation and doesn't live up to its advertised standard. Poor internet, constant router issues.

Exelent! Great friendly staff and great food. We stayed in the Lux double grand room. The room was clean. The swimming pool is only for hotel guests and is not crowded. The ROI SPA is a dream. It was realy a nice weekend. I absoluty recomend to visit Grand Hotel Sava.

Rooms in the superior part of the hotel are quite small, especially the bathroom with a tiny shower booth. These are not really 4* rooms by today’s standards. This not a major downside as one only spends the night in a hotel room and beds are very comfortable. The hotel itself is very cosy, perfectly located and has all the amenities one could desire. It's a very good value for money, but since we've been coming for years now there always seem to be a few things slipping from the maintenance list (for example thermometer and timers in saunas that have been broken/missing for a year...) They also seem a bit understaffed.

Overall hotel was nice, if little outdated. We had breakfast and dinner both of which were good and staff was quite friendly and helpful. We were glad about free parking in enclosed parking lot. As a minus the saunas were only opened between 4-7 pm and the aircon in the room was not working so the rooms were quite hot. I could not quite imagine being there during summer.

The advertising in Booking was 3 Swimmingpools but in effect there are only 2 of which only 1 open. Food is average, the bar is poor, the place had very few people and so treatments such as massage etc. were not available as "all booked out", I am asking myself to whom if there is barely anyone here? The hotel next door Rogaska is better, busy and cheaper.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Staff is very cordial and helpful. Food is nice. A very nice buffet breakfast. Very nice view from my room balcony. A great place to Stay at Rogaska Slatina. And it's a very beautiful city. Very clean. Great climate.

Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, very good dinner choices. Rooms are clean, hotel is in solid state. Hotel is directly connected with medical center, mineral rich water hall, shops and spa center. Pool and saunas are excellent. Amazing stay at Rogaška once again. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely, and ours had an amazing view. The food was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from.

The hotel is neat, clean and pleasant. The staff was very friendly, at dinner we ordered bottles of mineral water that we couldn't drink and the waiter prepared them for us for the next day. The rooms are large and comfortable. What we didn't like was the pool, which is really small. The building is amazing, and the staff is nice and polite. However, management should be present and managing the staff better. The owners does not deserve a building like this. This property should be part of the Four Seasons chain, not a falling-apart museum building. Breakfast is really bad and not good. The F&B manager is nowhere around, there are no waiters, no service, and only one cook.

They said that the valentines package includes valentines welcome. We did not received that. SPA is very bad. They have 4 Saunas, 3 of them are 🇫🇮 saunas. Looks dirty. Definitely not worth 400€ for two nights.

We stayed here with our family for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. The chefs cook amazingly well — we truly recommend trying their cuisine! Even with our family’s food allergies, the waiters were attentive and made sure everything was safe and suitable for us. Great hotel and service. Location and nature around hotel is great. Spa area is also great. People working here are awesome and they are really polite. Rooms are clear and food is good. Combination of self service and al a carte is intresting.
