The most creaky room with an even more creaky bed. If you like laying on a matrass that is almost wood this is really something for you.

A fabulous find! We had a family room with a spectacular balcony over looking the lake. Maria was so helpful with excellent suggestions of things to see and do. The hotel is old and traditional and very charming.

Perfect welcoming. We had the best bedroom , with gorgeous view on the lake. Not sure about the other bedrooms. Must share bathroom- cleaned very often. No issue for me there. Can be noisy.

We were a little sceptical about our booking here because of some reviews but honestly I couldn't fault it! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the lovely host Phillip who sat us down, and went through a map of Bled and the best tourist attractions to visit. He then showed us around the kitchen area (out-house) where we could put our food in the fridge and eat in if we wanted to (kitchen facilities and tables) . We read the reviews before and made sure to book a room with our own private bathroom as some rooms shared, which was very reasonably priced. Our room was spotless, all the linen and towels were fresh and it was a perfect base to explore lake Bled. The location is exceptional, we were in walking distance of the lake and everything we wanted to visit. I can't believe it's a 1 star, I've been in 3 stars way worse than this! Excellent all round and when I return to Bled I will be booking this Villa again. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

This hotel refused my request to cancel my booking after 2 minutes when I booked it by mistake. They will charge me a cancellation fee of £891 even though I sought to cancel immediately. I would not reccomend anyone books this accommodation under any circumstances. They have terrible customer service and hostile policies in place which are not fair to guests.

The young lady who welcomed us was very nice and she gave us many recommendations of what to do in the area and where to eat.
The location of the vila is quite good. The lake can be reached within a few minutes by walking and our room had a view of the lake.
In terms of price and quality, I think it is a perfect choice. They have rooms with private bathroom and we had that one, but if someone wants to spend even less, there are rooms with shared bathroom.

0 stars. This was an absolute nightmare. I discovered that the whole room was contaminated by bed bugs when I got back home with 150 massive bites the day after and had to clean and wash and freeze my belongings. Still recovering from that experience (also Bled is an absolute nightmare of a over touristy place and everybody is unfriendly). My friend Catherine booked the two rooms via booking from 29-31 July. The contaminated room was room 8.

Basic rooms ! But everything is realy clean ! The host was very friendly i would recommend you to stay here because the location is perfect !
