Perfect stay! Special compliments to the hotel staff, who were super kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The location couldnt be more perfect - right in the center of Bovec. Our rooms were spacious, very clean and with a beautiful mountain view. The hotels architecture and design is beautiful and has a special retro touch, fits perfectly in its surroundings and offers comfortable common areas with a peaceful atmosphere and gorgeous views of the mountains.

The professional and helpful staff and superb location give this rating a three. We were booked at this hotel for 2 nights while hiking the Alpe Adria trail. Hotel is literally on the trail route which is great. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean but in need of updating, especially the bathroom. WiFi really didn’t work. Breakfast was ok, has a coffee machine which I don’t like.

Bathrooms are in need of a little TLC, mixer taps only no shower head to wall attachment. No ironing facilities. Parking limited. Early checkout 10am. However, beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was superb.

Nice stay in Bovec

Stayed here as part of an organized tour,
Rooms were not clean, bins not emptied (rotting fruit in them when we arrived). Soiled men’s underwear left on the radiator !
Breakfast is average (at best), Coffee is dreadful (some liquid form pretending to be espresso).
Hotel is dark and dated with ground floor rooms looking out on to building site that starts promptly at 7am !
No porter staff to help with bags for disabled member of our tour.
Staff are nothing short of miserable 😞

The buffet breakfast is really good. The WiFi however, does not reach the rooms and is only available in certain parts of the hotel. The rooms are very basic and don’t have fans, or tea/coffee, or even a kettle, but are otherwise functional with a bed and a shower and not much else. Parking is very easily accessible on site and they offer parking off site at no extra charge if that fills up. The staff are very friendly and willing to help.

Rooms are getting off-dated, however it was clean when we arrived!
The fact that there are no A/C is ridiculous. We barely slept in a boiling warm room. The wifi did not function at all on our floor.
I must say that the location is great and the breakfast was good.
Overall the price seemed a bit too much for the experience ! But they were kind enough to offer a discount for the not functioning wifi !

We had to park off property as the hotel ran out of parking spots. Otherwise, great stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Alp

The rooms are okay, the walls are not soundproofed and you can hear someone speaking in the next room, we get lucky and get terrace with grace with beautiful view. The room was clean and the food is okay, the stuff are polite and helpful to others.

The hotel is right in the city center which is a plus point. The only problem I had was it gets too loud early in the morning due to it being in the city center . Friendly personnel and overall good experience.
