Overall a pleasant stay and will recommend.
Pros:
1) Reasonable price
2) Provide hair conditioner
3) Clean room
4) Very friendly owner
5) Sell water, instant noodles, toothbrush. Prepare loose 1000krw to pay.
Cons:
1) Not near to train station. Take taxi/bus/walk.
2) Food & Amenities limited nearby guesthouse. Buy from train station instead.
3) Have to climb stairs if room is on second floor.
4) Mattress can be sunken and uncomfortable to sleep in.

Very clean and modest room. Great host and beautiful area that is quiet and pleasant. A bit away from city life and short walk to ocean view.

Close to the airport and train and the owner was very friendly and called a taxi for me to get to my flight. And the price was incredible and the WiFi was strong.

The location is near incheon airport but is about a 20 minute walk from Unseo station making it a great place to stay if you have an approaching flight but would not be ideal if you are looking to explore the city in a short time period (not sure if there is another station nearby or a bus stop). It is in a residential neighborhood, quite peaceful. The host is super friendly and accommodating. Although check out is at 12 pm, he allowed me to stay until I had to leave for my flight at 4:50 since my room remained open at the time. The room itself is impressively clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. Overall it is a very comfortable place to stay at a great value.

Great neat and clean place. We stayed here for 12hrs during the day while waiting for our connection flight. Very friendly and helpful owner. They accepted check in at 8am and check out at 9pm. They also offer an airport shuttle (20.000KRW) which worked very well. There is a bakery right around the corner, all other shops and restaurants are a 15 min walk away, or a short ride with an Uber.

The location is easily accessible by walking from Unseo Station around 15-20 minutes (unless you are carrying too many things, it might not be ideal). The room and the bathroom is clean and tidy and spacious!!. The staff is kind. They also provide airport pick up and drop off service. Arrived less than 15 minutes.

There was a mixup with the booking, where I canceled the booking but then revoked the cancelation. The owner was very displeased and grumbled a lot, but still let us in

The boss is a very kind uncle. I am very sorry to disturb your rest by checking in late at night. It is a pleasant stay experience. If you take a morning flight at Incheon Airport, this will be a good choice for you

Chose this hotel mainly because of having an 8:30 AM flight the next day. The man who runs the hotel is very nice, and he called us a taxi to Incheon airport at 6:00 AM which was only 11,000 KRW. The hotel itself is cozy, amazingly clean, spacious, and the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. I will definitely come back here when I visit Seoul again.

I was wondering what it would be like since it's a guesthouse, but there was a shower and toilet in the room (it's all in one, so the toilet gets wet when you shower) and the room was clean!! The owner was also kind. There is a microwave in the common area, so you can buy food to heat up and eat! There is no refrigerator in the room. There are no toothbrushes, so it's best to bring your own. (There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower room.) It's far from the nearest station, so I couldn't walk in the hot sun, so I took the bus. The bus fare seems to be a flat rate of 15,000 won. (You pay when you get on, and there's no change, so it's best to pay by touching your card)
