Just4u Guesthouse in Seoul

My spouse just spent a week in Seoul at this establishment (November 2016) and thought it was perfect for their needs. Great accommodations, fabulous location, and really friendly and helpful service.

While it is listed as a "hostel," which leads one to think of less than ideal rooming conditions, this place was neat and clean, seemed newly renovated, and was very comfortable. Lodgings consist of a small private room (lock on the door) with your own bathroom. The woman in charge was friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating (needed an electrical adapter and didn't expect a place that costs $45 USD per night to provide any, but they did!).

Access to all forms of public/mass transportation made using this location as a tourist's hub perfect. Plus, you are near a lot of nice attractions where you can just walk around, take in the sights, and sample the street food.

A free, simple breakfast was the icing on the cake!

Traveling with friends who stayed at the pricey JW Marriott nearby, my honey felt that this place was an insane VALUE, especially since every day they toured all day and basically went back to their hotels to sleep.

If you just needed a nice, safe, clean place to rest up for your next day's adventure, this is a great option!

It's close to the station and the food court, and has everything you need. We had a problem with no hot water, but the owner came right away and fixed it. I'll definitely use it again when I'm staying in Dongdaemun.

I decided to stay here based on the reviews, and the owner was very kind.
The room was warm, had plenty of amenities, and even had a refrigerator and water server, so it was more than comfortable enough.

It was also very close to Exit 10 and the airport limousine bus stop.
It was great!!

There were no worries about getting around at night or in the morning,
and it was close to shopping in Dongdaemun.
I'd definitely stay here again if I'm traveling solo!

The location is excellent; the airport bus is less than a five-minute walk away, saving a lot of trouble.
The environment is clean and the room is cozy, but quite small. A 28cm suitcase laid flat is too small to walk in! You have to close it again, but it doesn't affect the accommodation. The only drawback is the extremely poor soundproofing. You can clearly hear everything from next door, but thankfully the other guests are generally quite well-behaved.

The location is near Dongdaemun Station, which is very convenient, but the door is in an alley, if 1 woman returns at night, may feel a little scared. The day at 8 am to the bed and breakfast, contact the owner in advance, let us store our luggage, the bed and breakfast is fully self-service, including changing towels, dumping garbage, bed and breakfast doors and rooms are code lock, guests are mostly backpackers, very self-disciplined, quiet environment, worth recommending limited budget travelers

It was a cozy guesthouse.
It's right next to Dongdaemun Station. The room is small, but you can open an L-size suitcase, and the bathroom is clean.
The owner was also kind, and this is a guesthouse I'd like to stay at again.

Owner is so kind. He will help you to bring lugguage to upstairs. You can check in before check in time without extra charge if room is available. This place is not loudly, all guests keep silent as much as possible o the nighttime. Recommend to bring own big towel because they provide only small towels like hair towel which can not cover the body. Others are good 👍

A very small guest house with 2 levels. Location is very good, conveniently located near to Dongdaemum station exit 10. If you need to use elevator for big luggages, then go to exit 9 and cross the main road. Unable to wear your shoes to the room, have to change to provided sandals when you enter the guesthouse. Compartment is separated in the fridge for different room guest. No water heater in the room, they have cuckoo water machine in common area.

The hosts are quite friendly. Contacted them via Line before I checked in. They can speak English for simple communication.

Down point would be room is really small. My room is at second floor and no elevator. So it will be an issue if you have big and heavy luggage. But the hosts helped me to bring the luggage up when I checked in. I stayed during winter times. I feel the room floor hearing system is not that strong and will still feel quite cold sometimes. Host provided me with a mini electric warmer when the issue was raised. Towel provided were just small towels. Bring your own one if you need big towel.
