Room was OK as we wanted to have a room near to airport for early shuttling. The room heating was set at too high a temperature with no controller given to reduce the heat. It was like having a sauna room when the outside temperate minus 5. Even when I opened the room window, it helped very little. Can hardly sleep that night.

It is close to the airport and the place is comfortable and clean. Overall, the hotel is very good.

Hotel is really clean, the staff is really poilte and helpful. What I like most is the free morning shuttle service catered to the airport it really helps to cut down our time and hassle for families traveling with big and heavy luggages.

Not forgetting to mention the 24/7 self help bar is really good. It caters milk, sandwiches and even instant noodles for guests. The cleanliness is awesome. Will visit this hotel again with my family nest time. Really recommend this Hotel.

Taking the subway from Incheon Airport to Unseo Station, which is quite close to the airport. It's easy to find after exiting Unseo Station. The room environment was decent. However, there was absolutely no communication with the front desk staff throughout my stay.

Good location. Close to subway, close to airport. Surrounding also have convenience store and restaurant , coffee bean&tea leaf nearby.

Very big room. Room has many sockets, also have multi country sockets.
24 hours of cafe can go get some breads, instant noodle and coffee anytime.
From hotel to airport is won 12000 by Uber, i call Uber myself.

We enjoyed our stay here. Late check in was a breeze, staff was great. 24 hr snack bar is an added plus. Room size ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2 queen size beds was more than enough for us 3. Tv was huge. Bathroom with tub 👌, water pressure and
Temp was adequate. Toilet - bidet/ japanese toilet not working not plugged in. We could not find where to plug it. Blower and hair straightener included in the room.
You can leave your baggage and they offer free shuttle service to airport, you just have to inform them ahead of time.

It's quite close to the airport, just three stops on the Airport Express. After getting off the train, it's just a short walk to the hotel, and you can even see the hotel's sign in the distance from the station square. They have a free restaurant/bar, which is very convenient.

The property is in a great location for terminal 1 at incheon airport and generously surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Inside the interior is industrial chic, super clean and the hotel provides all amenities you could need. They even helped call a taxi for me the following morning.
