Hygiene: The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright.
Service: The front desk gentleman was incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived at the hotel at 11 PM and wanted to book a shuttle service for the next day. Since we booked late, there were no slots left. He went above and beyond, coordinating a vehicle for us, and finally arranged for us to be taken to the airport at 6 AM the following day. It was truly wonderful. Everyone we've met in Korea during this trip has been so friendly and warm-hearted – a fantastic travel experience.
Environment: It's just a few hundred meters from the subway station, less than a 10-minute walk, and exactly as advertised in the pictures. Very easy to find.

The hotel is a bit old and has a musty smell, but I chose it for its location, so I'll overlook that for now. However, the soundproofing is terrible; I could hear everything clearly from the next room. It seems like the front desk isn't staffed at night. I arrived after 10 PM to find my room key just sitting on the table, which was confusing. I had to ask a Korean guest and Trip.com customer service to help me call the hotel to arrange a pick-up service to the airport. It's quite inconvenient to contact the hotel if you don't speak Korean.

We booked this hotel as our flight arrived at late night and needed a place to rest before starting our journey the following morning, booked for a airpypick up via email and also called the hotel once we are arrived at the designated pickup point, hotel staff told us to wait at exact spot and approx wait time due to peak hour, driver managed to meet us at meeting point and take us straight back to hotel in -13•c cold weather. We are already happy with the service before seeing the room. It was spacious and pretty good space to accommodate us for overnight stay and have convenient store right across the road and plenty of food to eat. Recommended for overnight stay before your flight

I had a basic single room and it was basic, but got the job done for an overnight layover between flights. The free shuttle to the airport was the biggest perk, just write your name down on a list at the front desk during check in. That said, the hotel staff really need to take better care of the room facilities. The secondary lock to my room door was broken and the cup in the bathroom for brushing teeth was really dusty, so I didn’t use it. Finally, I had trouble checking in because my reservation was supposedly not captured, but it was, on *******! The staff told me that was an unusual glitch, but worth sharing. He was helpful throughout that 15-min ordeal though.

I will book this hotel again when I visit Incheon, they have free pick up from Incheon international airport. Friendly staff, great rooms clean and nice.

We booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay near Incheon Airport since our flight arrived late. The receptionist, although her English was limited, was very kind and tried her best to help us — she even upgraded us to a bigger room as it was already past midnight. The room was spacious, but there was no heating, so it felt a bit cold in winter. The walls were slightly damp, but since we only stayed for one night, it wasn’t a big issue. The location is also quite convenient, not far from the train station to Seoul. Overall, it was fine for a short layover stay.

Airport Transfer (Round Trip):
This airport transfer service was terrible. I specifically paid an extra 100+ for this service. I provided my flight information to Ctrip customer service to book the transfer, and after waiting 5-6 hours for a reply, I was told to email the transfer company directly to book. They didn't even specify whether to send it in Chinese, Korean, or English. All they cared about was taking my money without providing the service. If I could book by email, why would I choose this service in the first place? Later, they finally gave me two phone numbers and a WeChat contact, but the WeChat wasn't added and the calls weren't answered. I waited at the airport for an hour, it was truly awful. If you don't have a standard process, then don't offer the service. For a paid service, this was incredibly bad. Ctrip customer service just keeps repeating, 'We apologize for the inconvenience this caused.' That's their standard line. Or they just pass the buck, saying 'This wasn't booked directly through Ctrip, it was through an agent.' Didn't Ctrip collect the money? All they care about is taking your money and nothing else.

A short stay here at this property, room is spacious but a bit dated. Good service from the staff and free shuttle bus to the airport
