We stayed for four nights as a family of four and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is great. The housekeeping lady on Level 6 was exceptionally kind and caring — she truly made our stay feel like home. Ekan at the front desk was also very friendly and always tried to help whenever possible.

The hotel is older, and while some drawers were broken, they were still usable. The room did not have a lamp, which made it difficult to work in dark in the evenings once the children were asleep.

The airport shuttle service (to the airport only) was very good and convenient. Breakfast was available, but only for sailors. While there was an option for others at $10 per person, it didn’t seem good value to us, so we didn’t purchase it. Finding breakfast elsewhere each morning was a bit challenging.

Overall, this is good hotel, despite a few minor issues, we would stay here again.

Haha. A bit old but the location is very strategic. Near with daiso, young living, lotte mart but unfortunately no halal food nearby. They also provide free airport transfer.

This hotel is only three subway stops from the airport, making it super convenient. It's right across from Exit 1 of Unseo Station. The room was quite spacious, and it was wonderfully warm inside during winter. They even offer a free airport drop-off service, which is fantastic. It’s perfect for anyone catching a flight.

I really liked their excellent service, especially the front desk staff—they were very kind and accommodating. The place is also very convenient, as it’s close to the train station, restaurants, and convenience stores.❤️ They also provide a free shuttle bus to take guests to the airport.

The hotel's airport location is excellent, right across the street from Unseo Station. The room size is quite generous. However, the key card for the room door is very finicky and often doesn't work well. For women, the bathroom counter is too small to put any toiletries on. Also, the air conditioning didn't seem to heat up much at night. It would be great if these things could be improved. P.S. I highly recommend the food stalls downstairs at the hotel; they're delicious! 😋

A budget airport option, offering key conveniences like a free shuttle service and a location surrounded by amenities (convenience stores, Olive Young, etc.) within easy walking distance. A major plus is the good staff service, which certainly helps.

However, comfort is certainly compromised. The hotel suffers from older equipment, and the layout is poor, as the air conditioning near the living area meant the sleeping area remained uncomfortably hot. The area near the lift was noticeably smelly.

While the price is right for a quick stopover and the service is great, if you prioritize comfort and modern facilities, you would be better off choosing another option.

A great hotel near Incheon city. The room are spacious for 5 of us. There plenty of room to open all of our luggage. Staff are warm and helpful. The hotel provide an airport pick up & transfer. Just email hotel 1 day earlier. Walkable to nearest arex train stations which is unseo. Will stay here again in the future.
