Glad Gangnam COEX Center in Seoul

This hotel offers a simple yet comfortable environment, conveniently located right across from the COEX shopping mall. There are plenty of good options for food, drinks, and shopping. It's also right next to the subway station, making it a great choice whether you're here for a concert or just to shop.

Very convenient hotel at Gangnam. Efficient staff and nice room too …  leisure trip will be best choice.

Close to Coex area. The construction right outside the hotel is a little noisy at times and lots of detour for pedestrian crossings. Rooms are clean but standard twin is small if you have larger suitcases to pack/unpack.

This place truly feels like home; I stay here every time I'm on a business trip. The location is superb and incredibly convenient for transportation! The high-floor views are great, and the cleaning staff are wonderful. One of the aunties even noticed I was taking medicine and brought me extra water. I'm looking forward to staying here again in May!

Let's talk about the convenience again, there are so many restaurants next to the hotel, and two 7-Elevens, which is awesome! Shopping is also convenient, it's only a 5-6 minute walk to Hyundai Department Store! Oh, and the shower 🚿 has incredible water pressure, it's really powerful!

Clean and tidy. Close to Seoul Subway Samseong Station exit 1. Walking distance from Hyundai Department Store and Coex Mall. Plenty of choices in terms of coffee shops and restaurants in the nearby streets. Overall experience is very good!

The location is fantastic! It's just a two-minute walk through the underground passage to COEX, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. There's a subway station right outside the hotel too. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly comfortable and very clean. Plus, they have a bakery on the first floor where you can grab some bread for a quick breakfast, which is great for lazy mornings like mine! The lady who checked me in, whose name started with an R, was so friendly and even granted me a late check-out, which I really appreciate. They were also very accommodating every time I needed to store my luggage or call a taxi. I'll definitely be back!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively new, especially the shower equipment in the bathroom, which has excellent water pressure.
Cleanliness: The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable.
Service: The staff were very friendly and always greeted guests.
Location: It's very close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. You can also visit COEX Mall, Starfield Library, and Hyundai Department Store nearby. The location is excellent.

Let's start with the room: Although small, it was very clean, and the double bed was huge (probably 2 meters wide). It reminded me a bit of rooms in Hong Kong.

Food: There's a fantastic BBQ joint and a fried food place just behind the hotel, way better than those trendy 'internet-famous' spots.

Shopping: Step right out of the hotel and you're at COEX Mall. Shopping and dining couldn't be more convenient, it's kind of like MixC World.

Transportation: The location is superb, right above a Line 2 subway station. Since Line 2 circles the entire Seoul subway system, you can easily connect to any other line – the Korean design for this is brilliant!

Just behind the adjacent InterContinental Hotel, you'll find the Incheon Airport shuttle bus stop. You can catch it there for both arrivals and departures, and it's only about a 15-minute walk. I highly recommend using Google Maps, it's incredibly useful.
