Location in good nearby malls outlets but the area is bit crowded. Rooms are small.

Location good, next to DPP, 2 min walk to metro station, 3 min walk to airport shuttle bus station. Allow us to store lugguage 1 day earlier at the hotel. Reception lobby very spacious.

The location is convenient, and it offers good value for money. The front desk staff were nice. At this price point and in this area, one shouldn't expect too much from the service and facilities.

Really clean with a nice receptionist who can speak English and Japanese. Have hot water and clean the room daily. The only problem is that the Aircon is Central control. It doesn't allow us to change the temp and will auto off after 7pm, according to the receptionist. the Aircon switches off at 12 am in the morning leaving the room hot and stuffy. The receptionist provided a fan instead but it is still not very comfortable as the room is still quite hot even in autumn

It’s a good location above the shopping mall, clean, small room but enough to just rest. Hotel staff is able to speak Japanese too!
