The room was bright, clean, and comfortable, with excellent heating. The hotel service was fantastic! They were very patient and helpful when answering my questions. The location is also great, very convenient for transportation. The airport shuttle goes directly there, and there are some really delicious BBQ restaurants and a market nearby. Highly recommended!

The separate wet and dry areas, with the sink outside the bathroom, are my favorite layout. It's also very close to Dongdaemun. I'll definitely stay here again next time. It's genuinely good, much better than my last stay.

Room is spacious for family of 4 people and is clean but lighting not very bright. Location not so good too. Can try other hotel options if possible.

Read a lot about the good upkeep of the hotel and rooms and yes its all good. We had the 2 queen beds room for family of 4 and room size is still good for us to put our luggages and have room to move about. Front desk managers were helpful and explained things clearly. Location maybe a bit out of the tourist areas but all within reach by train and less than 30mins.

Hotel Review

Overall, the hotel was quite good and we had a pleasant stay. One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel allowed us to store our luggage for the whole day, with free luggage storage available for up to 12 hours, which was very convenient for travelers.

We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Family Triple Room, which was very nice and comfortable. This thoughtful gesture made our stay more enjoyable.

Overall, the experience was positive. However, the cleanliness could be improved slightly to make the stay even better.

Completely exceeded expectations! The location is super convenient, and I absolutely loved the room style. It's a clean, bright, modern minimalist design. The large mirror is perfect for taking outfit photos, which I loved doing every day before heading out.

Although the room was small, the front desk attendant was super nice and patient. He even helped me order takeout. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to Myeongdong on the left, and Dongdaemun is just one street away on the right. It's also super convenient, just a one-minute walk from subway exit 7.

Location is not convenient, no food around. Mrt just few minutes walk . Attractions location mentioned is just nearby but actually not . Room is clean and spacious for family
