Lumia Hotel Myeongdong in Seoul

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Namdaemun Market with tons of food options nearby. Myeongdong is also within easy walking distance. There's a GS25 and CU convenience store right downstairs, which is super convenient for grabbing anything you need. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful; communication in English was no problem, and there were even Chinese-speaking staff, making the whole check-in process very smooth. My room had a great view of N Seoul Tower, the heating was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. There was even an air freshener in the room – my backpack still smelled nice after two days of carrying it around, haha! The cleaning staff came in to tidy up every day. All in all, it was a great stay, and I'll definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit Seoul! 🥰

The reception ahjussi has been very welcoming and helpful. We went to Busan for 2D1N in between and they allow us to store our large luggage there.
And most importantly free fresh brew coffee machine at the lobby pantry area!
The hotel located away from the busy street and that is what we actually enjoyed much, but it wasn’t far to walk to the metro and Myeongdong market.
We would love to stay here again if we ever visit Seoul in the future

All in all, it was good. The only minor point is that it's on a bit of a slope, so we had to walk uphill every day. Transportation was convenient, and the staff member during check-in was very helpful.

Exceeded expectations! Absolutely fantastic, highly recommend.

Location is great, about a 5 mins walk from hoehyeon station which is just one station away from Myeongdong by bus/train! Room and toilet were verg clean as well. It’s just on the first night there was some issues with the electricity and the lights went out a few times, but the front desk was responsive, and we managed to change room the next day.

The room was a little dusty but still in good condition. The staff were friendly!
