Need to walk a short distance of slope in order to reach the hotel entrance but staffs are really nice and helpful to carry the luggage upstairs to the hotel lobby. It’s quite hard for travelling with a large luggage. The environment is warm, tidy and neatly.

This was my first trip to Korea, and it ended up being a whirlwind tour. I had booked the hotel in advance and managed to enjoy sightseeing until close to the last train. I had a really hard time finding the hotel's location and had to call several times. They eventually came to pick me up at the station I was at, which was a huge help. Thank you very much! ♥️ My flight back home was also very early in the morning, so I only got to stay at the hotel for about 4 hours. Next time, I'd love to enjoy the hotel stay more.

Service: The staff at the front desk, who are a lovely older couple, speak English and are very warm and welcoming. They helped me with my luggage and even made me ramen!
Cleanliness: The room was very clean. There's even a small entryway when you walk in, though they don't provide disposable slippers, so I brought my own.
Environment: The hotel is right by Hoehyeon subway station, and Myeongdong is just about two blocks away. It's super convenient but not too noisy, which is why I chose to stay in this area again.

The room's location is excellent, but it's really small; I couldn't even open my suitcase. Plus, the basement was a bit cold with no heating. At minus ten degrees Celsius, it was quite unbearable, and the air conditioning wasn't effective.

Perfect location in Myeongdong - only 10 minutes to the heart of the night market and an ever shorter walk to the underground. Considering who central you are, room was quiet from outside noise, although our room was a little noisy from interior guests/could hear water and pipes etc. Room was a tad on the small size but great amenities with all amenities/extras provided in abundance! The hosts were excellent as soon as we arrived, assisting with baggage and always happy and smily! Wifi was also really reliable which is always important for us! Thanks :-)

The hotel is within walking distance of Namdaemun Market and close to the subway station, plus there's a convenience store right next door, which is super handy. The room was small and the shower and toilet were combined, but since I was traveling alone and only needed a place to sleep, it wasn't an issue. There were several staff members at the front desk, and they were all very pleasant!

It is very family friendly , staff was very helpful and amenties were just enougj for us , when in doubt , just ask the staff and they will be happy to help !! Make sure to check out the rooftop , although there is nothjng but there is a really good view of namsan tower!! Check it out at night!!

Very nice personnel, great location. I just stayed for 1 night to catch a limousine bus to the airport. Hotel staff helps with that too. The room is nice and clean too!

To expect such flavor. Court or those from this food and did not want to give classy and restrained way and not to taste. Too thin, not skin and smooth, resilient and target speed as well, stimulating crystal Jade and differentiated and satisfying dumplings. Gravy or our old house or need to go to prison, compared with none seemed.
