Hotel Kobos in Seoul

The room was much larger than I expected, and the heating was so strong I had to turn on the AC. The location is near the Capitol, so it was pretty quiet during the holidays with not many people around. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's not too far from the subway station, making it quite convenient overall. However, it's not as lively as staying in Myeongdong or Itaewon.

The hotel is a bit far from the subway station but very close to the Parliament building, making it convenient for visits. The room environment is excellent, with a smart toilet and complimentary water in the fridge. The power outlets are the same as in China, so Chinese tourists don't need to bring an adapter.

Kobos is more of an older hotel. The furnishing is old, however, the service is excellent. The area is near the subway, and bus stops. The park, restaurants, and shopping malls are within walking distance.

It's very convenient for getting to Hyundai Department Store, and there are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby. It's also a 5-minute walk to the subway station, which is super handy. While the facilities aren't the newest, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Far exceeded my expectations. When I booked, based on the room and bed type descriptions, I was prepared for a very small room. However, at check-in, the front desk told us they upgraded our room. We were so lucky; the room was very spacious, and we had no trouble opening two 28-inch suitcases on the floor.

Facilities: They are indeed quite old. Especially, there's a leather chair where the leather is peeling off. Even replacing it with a wooden chair would look much better.

Cleanliness: Very clean. It's evident that the cleaning staff put effort into tidying and maintaining it.

Environment: The surrounding area is safe, especially since it's next to the National Assembly Building. There are always police cars parked on the street. There are convenience stores, coffee shops, and BBQ restaurants all around. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the starting and ending point of airport bus 6007. It's right next to National Assembly Station on Line 9, making it very convenient to get to The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido, Hongdae, or Mapo.

Facilities: The hotel had great hot water pressure.
Hygiene: Very clean and tidy.
Environment: The bed was large, it had wooden floors, and the entrance door had two layers, which was good for sound insulation.
Service: The front desk staff spoke fluent English, making communication easy. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the subway station, making travel very convenient. There's also a convenience store right across the street, which is super handy. The bathroom and shower are spacious too. Overall, the experience was pretty good.
