Excellent service!
**Service:** The staff were really friendly and had a pleasant tone of voice. They even offered Chinese-speaking service, which was a nice touch.
**Facilities:** Pretty good! Not as outdated as some reviews suggested. I couldn't quite figure out how to get the toilet seat heater to work, though.
**Hygiene:** They cleaned regularly every day, and the towels and bedding were spotless.
**Environment:** Great location, very close to the metro station.

The hotel's location is excellent, with the airport shuttle right at the doorstep, making it very convenient for travel to and from the airport and city center. The facilities are quite comprehensive, just as advertised, and the hygiene is also very good. The hotel staff are friendly.

Excellent! Right outside Dongdaemun Subway Station, and there's an airport shuttle bus stop right at the entrance. I've stayed here multiple times. They have a good variety of room types, including family rooms. While the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are quite comprehensive.

The interior looks rather dated but overall, it was a comfortable stay. Both beds were of a decent size. There was a bath tub but beware that there will be a penalty if you stain it eg with a bathbomb, which is expressly prohibited.

The location is fantastic! The airport shuttle goes directly there, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Overall, it's pretty good. There's a convenience store downstairs, and it's quite close to the subway. Generally, it's very convenient, but do note that the bathroom and toilet are not separated (wet and dry areas).

The location is great. The airport shuttle bus stops right in front of the hotel, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the subway station. Dongdaemun Market is also within a 10-minute walk. The room itself is compact.

It's really close to Dongdaemun~ just a few minutes' walk away. It's also very near the subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. Plus, there's an airport shuttle right outside the hotel. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

The room is neat and tidy. The location is quite convenient, it’s around 8 mins walk from the railway station.
