Amazing stay at Tria Hotel. Ample of space for two friends staying here for a couple of nights. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and loved that there were several mirrors here (as two girlies would need) including a full length one.
Location is okay, with a lot of restaurants and a convenience store just across the street.
Only minor comment would be - we asked to clean the room once during our stay but it was done very roughly (some bits of trash still left in the room). Otherwise a great stay, thanks!

The room was clean and overall, it was a decent stay. However, the amenities were very limited.
Only coffee sticks and water were provided, and some people don't drink coffee (I don't either). There were no tea or snacks like biscuits, leaving very limited options.
Furthermore, there were no irons or hairdryers available at the front desk for use. Even for a short stay, these basic amenities would have been nice. Smaller amenities like body oil would have been even better.
With a few improvements, the stay would have been more comfortable.

Comfortable bed... friendly service and facilities... cleaning was also perfect. I will visit again on my next trip... it is even better because it is close to the subway station.

Very clean, renovated, comfortable room, the old man there had a lot to say. There are two convenience stores downstairs, and a food street behind, with Udali soy sauce crab just a 5-minute walk away.

First day of arrival, I ‘d found someone’s fake eyelashes on the floor of my room and the before last day also found more lashes. Although I showed hotel front desk staff, his response wasn’t sorry about how I’d felt. The worst thing was absence of any staff when I got there. So I had to wait for some time until I call for help to Trip.com CS. After a while a male staff turned up but it was almost 9 am. The hotel seems to be a hotel but to me it seemed like an inn. Customers’ review weren’t helpful to realise the real hotel itself. By the way, Trip.com Korean CS was perfect! Really appreciated👍

The room was fairly clean, but because it was recently renovated, the smell was terrible! Another major problem is that there's only one key card per room; if you want to add a second card, you need to pay a $30 deposit.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff checked me in very quickly, which was especially nice after a long trip. As far as I understand, there is also an automated check-in option available if you arrive late, which is very convenient.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were generally comfortable. The temperature can be easily adjusted using the air conditioner. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, which is a nice bonus.
Housekeeping was done every day, and everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay here again.
