The First Stay Hotel in Seoul

Very good bangs for your bucks. Small hotel but fully equipped with insulated flooring - even to to bathroom!! Automatic toilet too!! Bathroom was much more cleaner than I expected and they offer daily room service.

Location was a bit tricky since the nearest subway station was almost 5 mins away by walking but convenient enough.

Very good cake cafe right downstairs.

This is my fourth trip to Seoul, and I've stayed at this hotel every time. Although taking Line 5 into the city involves quite a few stops, it's conveniently close to Gimpo Airport, and you can also take the KTX to Incheon from here. I highly recommend this hotel to solo female travelers with a good budget who prioritize personal safety. It's extremely clean, and the front desk staff are all very friendly!

This hotel is really convenient, just three subway stops on Line 5 from Busan Airport. It's great for getting around to shows on Line 5, and there are plenty of food options when you come back at night. Plus, the 6003 airport bus to Incheon Airport only takes 50 minutes.

I had a fantastic first time staying at First Stay Hotel in Seoul! This hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The location in Gangseo-gu is convenient, with easy access to public transport and close to local attractions — perfect for both sightseeing and quick trips to Gimpo Airport.

What truly made my stay memorable was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, super polite, and welcoming to guests from all nationalities. They made me feel genuinely at home and were always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism went above and beyond, making my visit to Seoul even more special.

I also appreciated the 24/7 front desk service, comfortable rooms, and the overall positive vibe throughout the hotel. I highly recommend First Stay Hotel to anyone visiting Seoul — especially if you value warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere!

The hotel's location is excellent, with several convenience stores, various shops, cafes, restaurants, and more nearby. I chose to stay here for two nights because it's very close to Gimpo Airport, which was incredibly convenient. It's an apartment-style hotel with a washing machine. Very satisfied.

Great location for travelers using the subway. It's an easy, ride from Incheon Airport and well-positioned for exploring the city.

Key Tip: Use subway Exit 7 (has a lift) instead of the closer Exit 9 if you have heavy luggage. It's right across the street.

The room was clean. Bed is comfortable, would appreciate if there are more pillows. Basic toiletries (toothbrush, comb, shaver) are not provided.

The area is fantastic, full of restaurants, fast food, bakeries, 24-hour convenience stores, and coffee shops. A Daiso and department store are within a 10-minute walk.

Would stay again for the price, room comfort, convenience and transit access.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel right at Exit 9 of Bozishan Subway Station. There are tons of restaurants and a big supermarket nearby. The room was quite spacious, and overall, the transportation is very convenient.

No breakfast, surprisingly... Everything else was okay, but the front desk doesn't provide extra water; you have to buy it yourself. This isn't my first time in Korea. Overall, the transportation is good and very convenient.

The service is good, the staff are friendly, and the location is convenient with nearby convenience stores and restaurants. However, the room facilities are quite old. On the day I checked in, I found that all the power outlets weren't working, so I had to call someone to fix them.

When I tried to sleep, there was a very noticeable gurgling sound from the pipes, and I couldn't fall asleep for half an hour. I called for maintenance again late at night, only to find out it was an issue that couldn't be resolved when the air conditioning was installed.

Every night, I had to turn off the air conditioner half an hour before bed and wait for the pipe noise to gradually subside. Sigh. 😮💨

close by to the train station, hotel is big and easy to access we were there for one night, they had everything in the hotel, great location for sure if you’re going to gimpo airport it only took 18mins

the downside of it was the light on the aircon which was right above us and it seems like the aircon was off at one point when we were sleeping
