Hotel Boutique 9 in Seoul

Great service with friendly staff, clean and well-maintained facilities, and delicious food. The overall experience was enjoyable and satisfying. I would gladly return and recommend this place to others.

Good hotel with spacious rooms, parking available, and friendly staff. It's also conveniently located near the BTS (Skytrain).

The room was quite spacious, and there were even juices provided. The bathtub was huge! The facilities were fairly new, and the cleanliness was acceptable. The location was very convenient. The front desk staff provided excellent service.

Nice hotel near a metro station. Large room with lights, aircond and TV controlled by a single remote. Queen sized bed is comfortable. Rooms are made up daily, with 2 bottles of water, coffee and tea. Bathroom has shower and bathtub, good water pressure. However bathroom lights switches off suddenly as it is controlled by a timer. Got caught when the lights turned off suddenly leaving bathroom in pitch darkness, potentially dangerous as guest may knock into things, slip and fall. No place to hang towels, no mirrors outside the bathroom. No amenities such as hand soap, no shower cap, toothbrush, disposable bathroom slippers etc. Water leaks from shower stall making bathroom floor wet and slippery. Has to request for an extra towel to be used as a floor mat. By the way, the above amenities may be purchased at the counter for KRW1000 or so. Anyway overall a good place to stay but could be better with some improvement to the above feedback.

Facilities: A bit dated. Cleanliness: Decent. Ambiance: Nothing special. Service: Very good. The staff promptly addressed a noise issue during the night.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Boutique 9 as a family. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel very comfortable. The hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants.

The staff was kind and helpful, though there were slight delays during check-in. Amenities were good and sufficient for a short stay, including comfortable beds and reliable Wi-Fi.

Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended for families!

Nice hotel with large room. Room is tidy and clean. Location is near many convenient stores, coffee shop, Sinseoldong MRT station, bus station, and pharmacy. Will stay here again for next trip to Seoul.
