Our stay was terrible. We accidentally left our key card inside the room, and when we arrived after 7 pm, there was no one to let us in. They didn't answer our calls, messages, or emails at all. We were left completely abandoned; no one could help us, even though other guests tried. We ended up going to a different hotel far away because it was Saturday and everything was booked. The next day, we explained the situation, and they promised to refund us for that night, but they didn't. They are not reliable, and I don't recommend them.

Great place. I liked it. Very convenient location. The room is clean. Everything you need is there. No problems with check-in. The staff is very friendly. I recommend it.

Absolutely terrible! Don't come! Dirty! Broken! Horrible! Absurdly small, with uneven floors. You could easily fall to your death if you woke up at night! It's completely unattended. I contacted Ctrip, but they couldn't find the staff or the owner! See the pictures! It's appalling! I booked the Sheraton next door that same day, but they wouldn't let me check out because they couldn't find anyone. It's not even a hotel. Everything is rusty. The faucets are sticky.

The room is not super clean, but it's fine for sleeping. The room is small and the walls are thin, so you can hear the TV and the people coming and going next door.

The location was great easy to get to each places. The staff was very helpful (thanks to the manager provided a great information about many places to visit and hiding spots). I had a great stay and the price is reasonable for a long stay in the heart of Seoul city.

It is simple but can meet the needs of rest quite well. The room is very clean and the public facilities on the first floor can meet the needs. The location is extremely ideal. It is about 5 minutes away from the nearest subway station and about 10 minutes from KTX. It is possible for people with large suitcases. It should be noted that the stairs are difficult to walk, and the aisle in the room may not be wide enough for larger suitcases to be opened.
