The room was very clean, with no drawbacks other than being a bit small. The street-facing rooms were a little noisy, but within an acceptable range. Public transport (buses) was convenient, though the subway was a bit far.

The service was okay, but one day I accidentally broke a soju bottle. A staff member came up to clean the glass shards since it was late. The rooms are a bit old, but the location is unbeatable. It's right in Myeongdong, and there's a bus stop outside with direct service to the airport. This is, without a doubt, the most convenient hotel I've stayed at during all my trips to Korea.

Small room but great location! Super easy to move around as the subway is 100m away from the hotel. Amd Myeongdong street shopping is just at opposite Street. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste. Good thing is that they have recently added washing machine for guests to do own laundry. There are a few nice restaurants nearby So no need worry about food options.

Great location, very convenient for transportation. There's a convenience store, fried chicken, and BBQ downstairs, and Myeongdong is just across the street. It's an older hotel, so the rooms are a bit small, but they are quiet and comfortable. I'd choose to stay here again next time.

I have a little incident at the hotel with my dad & he was injured. The staff there helped me out with showing me the nearest clinic to go to. Due to the fall, my dad have difficulty on walking so the staff borrowed me wheelchair. I really appreciate their help during my time there. Thank you!

Checked in and out very fast at the lobby. Customer service staff very friendly and approachable. Room is clean but small. Unable to open two big luggage. Location super convenient. Will definitely stay again when I visit next time. No toothbrush inside the toilet, if you need can purchased at the lobby.

The location is excellent, not far from the subway station in Myeongdong, but it's not noisy. It's about a ten-minute walk from the center of Myeongdong. The air conditioning isn't great; the room felt a bit cold in winter.

The hotel was spotless, not a hair in sight, no dust, and the facilities were brand new. The best part is the incredibly convenient location, within walking distance to Myeongdong. It's a great choice for shoppers, offering excellent value for money.

Staff are very very friendly, the room was a bit small if you have many languages, we are 2 people with 4 bags it was a bit of struggle but if you have less bags it will be perfect for you to stay! The location is fantastic, especially if you love nightlife. There are tons of bars and clubs nearby, and it's super close to Hannam-dong too. Just a heads-up, you can definitely hear the music from the neighboring bars at night, but it didn't bother me much. I'd definitely stay here again.

The Incheon Airport bus stop is right downstairs, which is super convenient. The first room we were assigned had a really noisy air conditioner, but the front desk was great and switched us to another one. It's an older place, but for the price, you really can't complain.

I booked a king room on the 13th floor. The room was spacious and well-equipped. However, it was inconvenient for guests arriving by airport shuttle as you have to carry your luggage down about a dozen stairs to the lobby. The alternative is to go around to the main entrance, but even then you have to drag your suitcase down a slope to get there, which is very inconvenient.

The location was very good however it was quite deceiving going in to the room where the lock was quite loose and bathroom was old.

The room isn't soundproof, and the refrigerator fan is really loud. In short, if you like quiet, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

It was good as expected from Banyan Tree. It is good to come with a baby. It is convenient because all baby supplies are provided. It is also good because there is a pool in the room.

I stayed for one night with my child while visiting Lotte World. It's about a 13-minute walk to Jamsil Lotte World, and there are restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, which was very convenient. The bed was super soft, the room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious, which I really liked.

The room was way too hot.  I ended up turning on A/C and turning off the heat. It’s not comfortable for sleep.  We sweated so much.  Also the toilet seat was too close to the wall.  My husband is 6”3’ and had sit side ways.  He wasn’t happy about it.  Everything else was just fine!

Price reflected the living condition. Cheap, but was fairly unclean to include noticeable mold in the restroom, stains on walls that seemed to have been there for sometime. But most of all, the room reeked with cigarette smoke. I thankfully have a decently higher tolerance, but no average person would feel comfortable sleeping in the room I was given.
