Nice rooftop restaurant. But sauna was disappointing. Rooms were clean and nice scented.
The room is really big and comfortable, especially the bathroom, is a must-try item. String suggested and will come again next time.
The view outside is beautiful.
The front desk staff were very friendly and could speak a little Chinese, which was a nice touch. The room was also very clean.
You can find the convenient store in the lobby, which is so good for staying. The view from the room is great also.
The room is great for everything. The view is fantastic. I could see sunrise from my room. We have a deluxe room with the spa bathtub that has a window to see the nice view. They have breakfast provided with additional charge. 15000 won per person.

Location and price compared to surrounding hotels is worth it based on the space of the room. However the room is really too dim and the whole hotel gives an eerie feeling due to the colonial architecture
A beautiful and sophisticated hotel with spacious rooms. Check-in is on the seventh floor, and they'll help bring your luggage to your room. They provide four bottles of water daily and a weather forecast card for the next day. The TV can connect to Netflix and YouTube. The location is excellent, right outside a subway station, and only a ten-minute walk to Myeongdong. The service is very warm and...
This is a decent hotel, right next to Shinsegae Department Store, and directly outside Exit 7 of Hoehyeon Subway Station. There's a large ramp leading up to the lobby on the first floor, but you have to go to the seventh floor to check in. It seems like there's a police station building nearby with an escalator that takes you right to the lobby entrance. The hotel gave me a room on a higher floor...
The hotel was spotless, and as soon as I arrived, someone helped me with my luggage to my room. Check-in was super quick too. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, so I slept really well. Plus, the location is very convenient.
Right next to the subway entrance, excellent location! The hotel's style really appealed to me. Although the room wasn't huge, the layout and flow were absolutely perfect. The service was also incredibly attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Seoul.
The hotel's overall style is truly unique, with a French vintage Gatsby-inspired decor. The bold color scheme of red, black, and green, along with the retro furnishings, makes for fantastic photos. The rooms are clean, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Do note that the hotel doesn't provide toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste, so be sure to bring your own...

Its clean and calm environment Best for business traveller. No toothbrush no toothpaste. Have to separately purchase. city center is bit far Relatively closer to incheon airport
This hotel seems to accommodate a lot of tour groups, and with only three elevators, you often have to wait a long time when it's busy. The hotel is located in the suburbs, quite a distance from the lively areas, so you'll need to take a taxi. Housekeeping starts cleaning at 9 AM, and the vacuum cleaner noise is quite loud, disturbing your rest. Check-out is at 11 AM, and when I asked the front desk...
The public transportation is really convenient, and it's close to all the major TV stations. The airport shuttle goes directly there. It's perfect for catching music shows, although the room itself isn't particularly big. Overall, the soundproofing is quite good.
Happy with my stay, the room was spacious, had a great sized balcony. Location is in a business district however was ideal for my stay. Check in and check out was extremely easy. The only downside is that you have to pay for your toothbrush etc in a vending machine for an extra fee.
The room isn't huge, but it has a window for good ventilation, so there's no weird smell. The bathroom is very clean, and there's a kettle to boil water, which is convenient for Chinese guests. Breakfast offers a good variety of dishes and is safe and hygienic. The 6012 airport shuttle bus stops right downstairs, making it easy to catch a flight.
I often stay here for business trips. The airport shuttle stop right downstairs is very convenient.

If you're reading this review, you should probably look for another hotel. 1️⃣ **Cons** **I. Guest Rooms** 1. **Facilities are mediocre.** They're not even as good as the Park Hyatt Beijing or Shanghai. On my last night, I noticed the bathroom cabinet door wouldn't stay shut (I have a video), but since I had an early flight the next day, I didn't bother asking for a room change. 2. **Room Assignment...
When traveling, my first choice is always Hyatt, and the Grand Hyatt Seoul Gangnam is no exception. It's away from the bustling crowds, the rooms are incredibly spacious, and there's a huge bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak. There's a subway station right downstairs, and you can easily walk to COEX. Plus, there's a food street right behind the hotel and a 24-hour convenience store, which is super...
Pretty good, the room is spacious and the location is excellent.
Cleanliness: Clean, and the aromatherapy was a nice touch. Service: Very good.
This stay was quite disappointing and didn't meet my expectations for a Park Hyatt. First off, the entrance is very small and doesn't match the Park Hyatt's stature. You turn from the main road into a narrow alley to get in, and the entrance is so tight that all cars have to back out, they can't just turn. Even the Christmas tree at this 'esteemed' Park Hyatt wasn't as nice as those at small shops...

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from both Apgujeong Station and Sinsa Station. The penthouse is a suite with a living room and a garment care system. The room size is still quite small, but it comes with a rooftop terrace featuring a hot tub, which is great for good weather. However, the building's glass facade facing the street offers poor noise insulation, making it very...
The room was very clean, with no drawbacks other than being a bit small. The street-facing rooms were a little noisy, but within an acceptable range. Public transport (buses) was convenient, though the subway was a bit far.
The service was okay, but one day I accidentally broke a soju bottle. A staff member came up to clean the glass shards since it was late. I asked them to help clean up the remaining glass on the floor when they cleaned the room the next day. I stayed for four days, and the glass shards were still there. So, does daily housekeeping just mean changing towels and making the bed? I'm not sure what the...

Very convenient hotel, near to all the Halal shops and restaurants Very friendly staff, willing to help with any queries you have Definitely recommend to my Muslim brothers and sisters to stay here!
The rooms are a bit old, but the location is unbeatable. It's right in Myeongdong, and there's a bus stop outside with direct service to the airport. This is, without a doubt, the most convenient hotel I've stayed at during all my trips to Korea.
Overall experience was not pleasant. I hope the hotel could be more flexible in terms of their policy. Most of the hotel's double bedrooms can stay up to 3 pax (2 adults & 1 child), but Pacific Hotel does not allow even though my child is only 7 years old. I had to book an additional double bedroom (they do not have any single room and do not have any available room for upgrade). The hotel counter...
Small room but great location! Super easy to move around as the subway is 100m away from the hotel. Amd Myeongdong street shopping is just at opposite Street. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste. Good thing is that they have recently added washing machine for guests to do own laundry. There are a few nice restaurants nearby So no need worry about food options.
Great location, very convenient for transportation. There's a convenience store, fried chicken, and BBQ downstairs, and Myeongdong is just across the street. It's an older hotel, so the rooms are a bit small, but they are quiet and comfortable. I'd choose to stay here again next time.
I have a little incident at the hotel with my dad & he was injured. The staff there helped me out with showing me the nearest clinic to go to. Due to the fall, my dad have difficulty on walking so the staff borrowed me wheelchair. I really appreciate their help during my time there. Thank you!

Checked in and out very fast at the lobby. Customer service staff very friendly and approachable. Room is clean but small. Unable to open two big luggage. Location super convenient. Will definitely stay again when I visit next time. No toothbrush inside the toilet, if you need can purchased at the lobby.
The location is excellent, not far from the subway station in Myeongdong, but it's not noisy. It's about a ten-minute walk from the center of Myeongdong. The air conditioning isn't great; the room felt a bit cold in winter.
The hotel was spotless, not a hair in sight, no dust, and the facilities were brand new. The best part is the incredibly convenient location, within walking distance to Myeongdong. It's a great choice for shoppers, offering excellent value for money.
It is near to myeongdong walking street and near to others tourist spot. Recommede
Very good hotel, comfortable and clean! Staff are very very friendly, the room was a bit small if you have many languages, we are 2 people with 4 bags it was a bit of struggle but if you have less bags it will be perfect for you to stay! The bar also was in rooftop which has indoors and outdoors, outdoor view was amazing!
Avoid room 1906 smell of dirty toilet the moment open the door. Very noisy, sauna is above this room. Changed to another room the next day.

The location was awesome and room was better than I expected. Comfortable and spacious room, great and roomy bathroom. Very friendly and efficient staff. I will stay here again!
it’s a nice old hotel, located in the heart of itaewon. it’s very convenience to get to the other places.
The location is fantastic, especially if you love nightlife. There are tons of bars and clubs nearby, and it's super close to Hannam-dong too. Just a heads-up, you can definitely hear the music from the neighboring bars at night, but it didn't bother me much. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located near Sinsa Station subway exit. If you're coming from the airport, take the bus to Sinsa Station, then walk back about 5 minutes to the hotel. The room was good with a nice view and like the hotel ^^ it’s very easy to get around Sinsa area and transportation bus subway and airport bus is very convenient to reach this hotel 🏨 I like it very much this is my second time staying here. Hope for the next visit in Seoul
The Incheon Airport bus stop is right downstairs, which is super convenient. The first room we were assigned had a really noisy air conditioner, but the front desk was great and switched us to another one. It's an older place, but for the price, you really can't complain.
I booked a king room on the 13th floor. The room was spacious and well-equipped. However, it was inconvenient for guests arriving by airport shuttle as you have to carry your luggage down about a dozen stairs to the lobby. The alternative is to go around to the main entrance, but even then you have to drag your suitcase down a slope to get there, which is very inconvenient.
The location was very good however it was quite deceiving going in to the room where the lock was quite loose and bathroom was old.
The room isn't soundproof, and the refrigerator fan is really loud. In short, if you like quiet, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

It was good as expected from Banyan Tree. It is good to come with a baby. It is convenient because all baby supplies are provided. It is also good because there is a pool in the room.
The room was in the club building and was very spacious with a coffee machine and induction cooker. The outdoor pool was perfect and the breakfast was decent with both Western and Eastern options.
The room was smaller than I thought, which was disappointing ㅠㅠ If you're bringing a baby, I think it would be better to stay in a suite!!!!! I made a reservation to use the KSPO Dome. The room was predominantly white, very clean, and I really liked it! The location was also great; Lotte World was right in front, and affiliated commercial facilities were about a 15-minute walk away. There was also a convenience store next door, so I had no trouble finding anything to do. I would like to use this hotel again.
I stayed for one night with my child while visiting Lotte World. It's about a 13-minute walk to Jamsil Lotte World, and there are restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, which was very convenient. The bed was super soft, the room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious, which I really liked.
They were ready for me before I walked through the door! Fast check-in, super clean room, all people were nice and professional!! 2nd time staying here and both times exactly the same!
Very good location, near to Seokchon Lake. Hotle has just renovated, look modernize, everything is new brand.
The room was way too hot.  I ended up turning on A/C and turning off the heat. It’s not comfortable for sleep.  We sweated so much.  Also the toilet seat was too close to the wall.  My husband is 6”3’ and had sit side ways.  He wasn’t happy about it.  Everything else was just fine!

It's only a five-minute walk from Saltpond Station on Line 9, which is quite convenient, and there's an airport bus stop right outside. The room was quite spacious, but the location was a bit average. Downstairs, apart from a coffee shop and convenience store, there weren't many restaurant options. The hotel bathtub didn't have a shower curtain, so water splashed everywhere when showering. Also, the female receptionist always seemed to have a sour expression on her face.
Niagara Hotel is located in less touristy Yeomchang, which is an amazing neighbourhood. There are two convenience stores in the vicinity of the hotel, and a Starbucks right across the road. Price reflected the living condition. Cheap, but was fairly unclean to include noticeable mold in the restroom, stains on walls that seemed to have been there for sometime. But most of all, the room reeked with cigarette smoke. I thankfully have a decently higher tolerance, but no average person would feel comfortable sleeping in the room I was given.
Perfect place for the night, funky Japanese-style loo and a smart TV what’s not to love. Everything you’d need very close by. Friendly staff. You must ask to leave your bags there if you arrive before check in there’s no storage facility.
Very good location. Way access to the bus and metro and also just near by one of the biggest shopping Mall.
Basically a motel. Can't ask for too much more for the price.
The location itself is not bad, but finding the place if you aren't fluent in Korean is a real challenge. Google Maps sent a message multiple times, "Can't seem to find a way there." I can (albeit slowly) read Han-Gul (Korean Language), but I don't know what I'm reading. Small nice hotel. Room is small but clean. All amenities are provided. A bit far from Metro. Need to walk a distance
This was my second stay here, and I'm very satisfied with the location. There was a bit of dust on the phone and some on the cabinet, which I hope can be improved.
Stayed one night after a concert, and it was actually pretty decent, much better than I expected. However, the room definitely had a strange smell; it hit me right as I walked in, kind of like foot odor. After a while, though, I got used to it, and it wasn't as bad. Need to walk a short distance of slope in order to reach the hotel entrance but staffs are really nice and helpful to carry the luggage upstairs to the hotel lobby. It’s quite hard for travelling with a large luggage. The environment is warm, tidy and neatly.
This was my first trip to Korea, and it ended up being a whirlwind tour. I had booked the hotel in advance and managed to enjoy sightseeing until close to the last train.
