This hotel seems to accommodate a lot of tour groups, and with only three elevators, you often have to wait a long time when it's busy. The hotel is located in the suburbs, quite a distance from the lively areas, so you'll need to take a taxi. Housekeeping starts cleaning at 9 AM, and the vacuum cleaner noise is quite loud, disturbing your rest. Check-out is at 11 AM, and when I asked the front desk if I could extend it, they said it would be 20,000 KRW per hour.

The public transportation is really convenient, and it's close to all the major TV stations. The airport shuttle goes directly there. It's perfect for catching music shows, although the room itself isn't particularly big. Overall, the soundproofing is quite good.

Happy with my stay, the room was spacious, had a great sized balcony. Location is in a business district however was ideal for my stay. Check in and check out was extremely easy. The only downside is that you have to pay for your toothbrush etc in a vending machine for an extra fee.

The room isn't huge, but it has a window for good ventilation, so there's no weird smell. The bathroom is very clean, and there's a kettle to boil water, which is convenient for Chinese guests. Breakfast offers a good variety of dishes and is safe and hygienic. The 6012 airport shuttle bus stops right downstairs, making it easy to catch a flight.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was decent, but the cleanliness and service fell short, both rated 3/5. Facilities were lacking, especially the internet, which was frustratingly slow. While it has potential, improvements are needed for a more enjoyable stay. Would reconsider next time.

Beautiful hotel with a great room that had a balcony. Very spacious and great for families Clean as well. And there is a public bath and workout center. But the bath house is paid and they sell private memberships. The locals are very happy if you pay to use it. They make sure the staff knows that you're a tourist and definitely do not feel welcome. There is a digital driving range that seems quite nice, but even looking at it gets you in trouble. Not a very friendly or hospitable place as they've tried to recoup some of their amenity costs with local memberships. Quite a ways out of the way if you want to visit popular areas like hongdae. It's an okay hotel but expect to only use the room. Workout center was quite packed at 9:30 in the morning. Again, not the friendliest locals

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was extremely convenient for my meeting with a TV director, as many film and TV industry companies are located nearby. Transportation was also excellent.

Generally it ok, but breakfast choice was not well ( 4 star) no real bread and cheese. And another area to improve is sauna and pool information availability ( it’s paid separately:()
