Ananti At Busan Village in Busan

Check-in took an hour. Upon checking in, we were told we'd have to check out at 11 AM the next day and then check back in at 3 PM. What was most infuriating was being told over the phone when requesting a refund that we could simply switch rooms the next morning. We were also informed that the large pool was closed and the small pool needed cleaning, so neither was usable. I'd advise calling ahead before going, as Trip.com doesn't mention this. The staff at check-in were very rude, though the check-out staff were quite good. It seems to be a matter of luck. The room was very dark, but the view was decent. The hotel is huge and it's easy to get lost. There was no bell service for luggage, so we had to carry our bags a long way when we switched rooms the next day. The scenery is beautiful, but I didn't experience any good service. I came to enjoy myself but left feeling completely fed up. The difference compared to the Westin we stayed at for the previous two nights was stark. I suggest considering your options carefully.
