The stay was great and the staff, the cleanliness and the amenities where very good. Only thing was that the room we booked was a double bed also as shown in the photo while booking but the room we got was a twin beds combined to make a double bed. Two twin beds joined does not make a double bed it still has a gap in between which is discomforting specially for couples. Rest all was very good.

Great location just a 5 minute walk from the Yumbo. The team who clean the communal areas twice a day are amazing. Breakfast very good. Clean comfortable rooms. Room 506 is next to the kitchen and deliveries start at 05:50 with people shouting, we were moved after complaining!

Big rooms with decent facilities. Breakfast didn’t have a great choice and didn’t change from day to day, but was good quality. A small fruit selection would make it perfect. Staff friendly and helpful.

Lovely quiet hotel. It was fully booked when we stayed, however, you would not have thought it! No issues with sunbeds etc. Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms were very clean and modern. JARDIN DURADO complex is a well run small arrangement of bungalows. I cannot find anything negative to say. I am a frequent traveller and I have never had such a relaxing time. I highly recommend staying here, I’ve stayed in many hotels in this area over the last 20 years and this is now by far my favorite. We ordered a room with sea view but got a room towards a road. It was actually possible to see a little bit of the ocean from the balcony (that had sun for about 2 hours each day). We where told that the room was just refurbished, and that was probably true a few years back 😏 It's about 20 minutes walk to the centre of Playa Del Inglés. The staff was friendly and the food was ok.

Old hotel that renovated rooms and they look quite good. The mattresses are very soft and should be replaced.

Charming staff but watch out for the Patio Cleaners at 7:30am dragging the sunbeds around to clean ... every morning. Complex is tied to another for shared breakfast and pool that is not adults only as advertised.

Exceptional stay in these apartments. Approximately every two days, they change your sheets and towels. It is worth highlighting the kindness of each and every one of its workers. The pool is a lot bigger than what the photos show too and it does get quiet sometimes apart from on the odd occasion children being in the pool !
