Nice hotel good food. Good sun loungers. Note the hotel requires guests to pay a 150 euro "supposedly" refundable deposit at check in. I paid with a debit card and am still waiting for it to be refunded 15 days later. The hotel have since advised this may take 20 to 25 working days. I would suggest guests insist on paying in euros so as not to end up in my situation.

Good location in Playa de Inglés. The outdoor/pool area was super nice and modern, with plenty of comfy pool chairs and sun beds. This is my fourth visit to Hotel Caserio within two years, and I can honestly say the hotel is perfect. It’s always nice to see the regular staff as well as new faces, especially the new daytime entertainment staff. The hotel is clean and spotless, as always, with great service from start to finish. Although I would consider this accommodation extremely basic, you aren’t going to get closer to the Yumbo centre, so if you’re going to GC to visit the Yumbo, this is ideal. This is my third time at this property. It has everything I need, it clean, quiet, pool, jacuzzi and sauna. What truly makes this place exceptional is the staff. Hotel was lovely. Staff were so nice and helpful. No dining facilities or bar but breakfast provided each morning. Plenty of nearby places to eat and drink. Would definitely recommend.
