​We visited Abora 10 years ago and we fell in love with the hotel, the experience, and all the team. And after 10 years, we felt the same. Amazing place. Well done!

We had a great holiday at this hotel without any issues.The front desk staff were all very kind to me even though I am not fluent in the language.

An excellent family-resort-style hotel, super organised, excellent facilities. Great choice of food and drink for all tastes. Staff were excellent and the food was varied and tasty (esp breakfast) - the Bar is plentiful and self serve beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee is good. Room was clean, and the cleaning teams did a good job. overall the hotel is a little tired and dated, with some peeling paint and rough around the edges. I would recommend this as a good budget holiday hotel.

i have come to this hotel for 3 years in a row now and it never disappoints me and my family, so many friends we have met because of this hotel and my favourite is the entertainment team, always have good activities and such a friendly atmosphere. the food is amazing and have such variety.

Generally a good holiday hotel, comfortable beds, good food, hardworking and pleasant staff. No sunbed hogging at dawn as the pool area not open until 8.30am. The negative for us was the variable WiFi and some of the guests who thought it was ok to party loudly in the central pool area.

Staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The property is a bit old, but the room was spacious. However, the advert showed that there was a gym, and there wasn’t one on-site. This was disappointing, as I specifically chose the place for the gym.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Eugenia Victoria & Spa. The facilities are excellent, especially the spa and pool areas, which are perfect for relaxing. Tatiana on reception is one of the most impressive professionals I’ve encountered in all the hotels I’ve stayed in all over Europe. Her attention to details , response times to queries and able to extend my stays even though the hotel was full to capacity. It was a good stay, nice hotel and clean. Only thing I didnt like was that I didnt get the location of the room I had been told (when I booked the room) I would get. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

Almost everything was fine. Only the coffee - cappuccino from the full automatic machine is not good- awfull. The coffee - espresso from the hand semi-automatic machine was excellent. The water in the pool was cold.

We enjoyed out stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Palmeras. The hotel is nice and the rooms were clean and of a reasonable size but we have had larger rooms in Palaces. In the room there was not enough draw space for two weeks we had to keep some of our cloths in the suitcase. The room cleaners did a fantastic job keeping the room clean. Just returned from a lovely week visit to this beautiful Hotel! The whole place is spotless clean and staff are amazing each and every one of them and so is the food and room , can’t beat the Riu hotels .

Found absolutely no food that was good. All fish and meat were hard and dry every day. Much tasteless otherwise. Little choice for children. Mostly only Germans in the hotel. Elegant hotel in beautiful surroundings with lovely plants, nice rooms, very clean, and with staff who are very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the lack of cooking skills drastically reduces our overall experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were all very friendly, our room and the public areas were kept very clean. The food was very good and the bar service was excellent. We had no problem at all in getting sunbeds at anytime of day. The only slight downside to the holiday was that once you left the hotel the resort was quiet and a little run down in areas.
