Absolutely beautiful location… we parked the car and didn’t leave! 2 days of breathtaking views, pool, beach, trail right on property, varied food options and even add couples massage! We loved everything!

It was a beautiful property with very clean rooms and an extremely accommodating staff. A perfect get a way location. It had plenty of activities to do on the property (beach, pool, tennis etc) but it was also an easy drive to town. The restaurant was very good and the included breakfast was fantastic. I would highly recommend it.

We booked two Garden View rooms back in April 2025, however when we checked in we were told the ‘garden view’ rooms were located in an annexe, 300 metres on a steep incline from the main hotel ! The rooms were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift !! Instead of a ‘garden view’ our rooms overlooked a car park ! Why were we not informed of this at the time of booking ? The rooms were totally unacceptable...

Amazing location, amazing amenities, very nice Spa and a spectacular view, great breakfast. Unfortunately, the service was amongst the worst I have experienced so far. I would still recommend it, but whoever is considering a stay here should be aware and not expect too much in terms of friendliness of the service ;)

Recently completely refurbished, this 4 star hotel has a modern, minimalistic vibe. Airy & light with comfortable seating. We only visited the bar, so I can't say anything about the rooms & as it was night time, I couldn't really see the garden but I will definitely return during the daytime.

All in all, an absolutely wonderful stay. The swimming pool was one of the best I have been to any any hotel, service 10/10 (special shout out to Jose who really made our stay perfect), great food and drinks and the room was great. We visited over Easter but we will definitely be returning to this hotel. A fantastic break on the Costa brava, thanks for a great time!

Set in the perfect location if you're looking to escape the crowds, this is a charming hotel and while the rooms are relatively basic, everything else is top notch. 5 mins walk from Platja Fonda, the staff are brilliant, the breakfast is excellent and the other meals we had were so good. Great pool area and so much to do around here without feeling like a complete tourist. Can't wait to come back!

I wish we could have stayed a bit longer..It has a beautiful garden,the room is clean,the breakfast is really nice and its nearby to a numerous beach spots where you could relax away from the city noise. We loved this charming boutique hotel in Begur where we stayed 3 nights. It is so conveniently located yet super quiet. Our room was a nice size and even had a little patio with a sitting area. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast wonderful and staff so friendly and helpful. It couldn’t have been better! They have shuttle to beaches abs towns also. We will be back here!

Gem in Begur city center Victor offered the best service and the property is so centrally located. Loved being a block away from all the action but still quiet and calm. The breakfast was delicious and I so appreciated all of Victor’s lovely local tips and efforts to go above and beyond - suggesting hiking routes, coordinating local taxis, etc. A hotel not to be missed!

This place is trying hard to be quaint and charming and chic, and mostly succeeds. It has perhaps seen better days however. It requires some tender loving care. The rooms could do with repainting, the shower recess should be tiled, the floors redone (regrouted) and sealed again so they can be properly cleaned...etc. I can't however see an easy solution to the problem of the bedroom doors - very noisy...

A quirky, beautiful hotel in the middle of Begur. We booked a room with a terrace which had no shade in the afternoon. We asked Maria and Vincent if we could have a sun umbrella but the manager refused to supply one. As we were there for seven days and temperatures were up to 40 degrees we were then unable to use it. We were shown to the downstairs inside breakfast room as an alternative!

Perfectly lovely hotel. Situated in an old house in the old quarter of town it was full of charm with stone floors, high ceilings and we could hear the church bells chime the hour and a cellar where breakfast is served. Beds were so comfortable with simple modern ensuite. Breakfast was light and offered artesan cheese, meats, membrillo etc. Great for a short stay.

I’m reviewing the restaurant, not the hotel. The food was ok but not amazing. If you end up eating there, you probably won’t be dissappointed, but I would not particularly recommend anyone to go eat there because it’s special. The chairs we sat on outside were so uncomfortable.

Lovely hidden gem. Well worth a visit. The signature dish, Rascassa (scorpion fish), was prepared over a wood fire and is the most delicious fish I’ve ever had. Excellent menu and wine list. We walked the coastal path from Sa Tuna in the evening. The walk was almost as charming as the restaurant.

Hostel Ondina warmed on me throughout my stay. The rooms are basic, no frills but extremely clean, very well air-conditioned and quiet at night. The staff are very friendly, and the cafe/bar they run on the top floor is welcoming. Location is walking distance to some of the most popular beaches in the area, however not in walking distance to any shop.

location is stellar, literally 1 minute walk to the beach and the heart of the city, super close to amazing restaurants. concierge was very helpful with parking. theres no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage it may be difficult. the wifi doesnt really work if youre on an upper floor either. overall, a great experience!
