Just spent a week at the Terramar Hotel. We have visited Llafranc on and off for 20 yrs but this is only the second time we have stayed at the Terramar. It was excellent as before. Friendly staff, beautifully clean and right in front of the beach. And secure car parking around the corner. The restaurant is excellent too - lovely staff all round and David in particular is stand out!

Exceptionally relaxing, quiet and well run family hotel. Beautifully decorated with simple Scandi maritime style design. Charming staff, fab buffet breakfast and a real treat to fall asleep to the sound of the sea. We had the 55€ tasting menu which was inventive and delicious. Highly recommended.

A lovely place to stay for a few nights! The accommodations feel more like spacious apartments, featuring two rooms and a convenient kitchenette. Just a short walk from great restaurants and the beach. The hosts also offer excellent local recommendations.

We stayed for a week and only wish it could have been longer. This is a lovely clean, quiet hotel in a good location central to beaches in the area. Staff were all very friendly, the pool is a real bonus for a 3 star hotel, aircon worked well and breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotless.

This was such a great suprise! We were looking for a hotel in Costa Brava, specifically in Calella de Pallafrugell and this was the best possible choice. I loved this hotel, the grounds are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The pool was spacious and thankfully there were not too many guests so plenty of choice of sunbeds. My only two issues with this hotel were that the elevator was out of action pretty much the whole time we were there and that the coffee facilities in the room included instant coffee - at this price point...

Very comfortable hotel in a good location. Very comfortable bed with sea views from the balcony. breakfast was good with a selection of different items. the hotel is located on a hill within 5 minutes walk to the beaches, however the return walk up the gradients require a reasonable state of fitness, but you can easily drive and park the car out of season.

It is adequate but certainly not as nice as the pictures posted. The pool is down a hill close to a camp ground. Lots of cute wild cats living in the brush by it. It was fine but the pictures are a little deceiving.

Second time we have stayed in 2 years. Got a room on ground floor , 1 of 3 , still with a sea view but with intrusive noise from reception area and people waiting for lift, which woke me a couple of nights at 1.30 am . The rooms were sumptuous. The views were out of this world. The hotel staff was very helpful in every manner. The evening dinner was fantastic. The taste was sensational. The morning breakfast was out of this world. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Beautiful restaurant and stunning location. The food was very good and tasty. The restaurant boss was very friendly and made is feel at home, however the service by part of the other team members could be better. Our cutlery was not even changed from starters to mains and had to ask them to change them. Definitely would come back. Prepare to pay around 50/60€ per person.

We felt it’s a bit overpriced. EUR 370 for a relatively old room and very sea side room ( half of the view is the parking lot, perhaps just a bit unlucky). Lovely restaurant overlooking the beach. Great location. We called in for a continental breakfast one morning which was served quickly & efficiently, and other days we called in for coffee, and cake on other days, which we enjoyed each time we visited. One of the best places I've ever been. It's managed by a family and since we arrived they made our stay lovely. The restaurant is one of the best in town plus the lovely view. We'll be back for sure. Oh, as we are tourists and we didn't know where to go, Enara showed us the best places to visit.

This hotel is a special little gem in Llafranca. The family that operates this hotel make you feel like you are family. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bar and outdoor dining area is a fabulous place to unwind and watch the boats go in and out of the little harbor. The beach is beautiful and the scenery is breath taking. We can't wait to return here again someday.

Lovely food, tapas dishes with a modern twist are particularly good. Just a little on the expensive side but then it's a very beautiful hotel with an ultra modern decor.

Found this hotel by chance when visiting nearby. Exceptionally clean, nicely decorated and of a high standard. We stayed for two nights in October and the hotel was quiet. Great experience combining quality, taste, rooms are charming, we stayed at room #15 with sea view. Breakfast is good, and CoVid measures applied. We also had dinner, they serve a reduced menu but fairly good given curfew. Owners are present so all details are considered.

Great location and a spacious, comfortable room with a balcony—perfect for drying towels and swimwear. Parking is €20/day; though spacious, we were oddly directed to the farthest tight spot, even though the lot was nearly empty during our 3-day stay (see photos). Housekeeping was also a concern. Wonderful little hotel! Really clean, very friendly staff, top location… We had a huge terrace and appreciated that there’s a gym (although there’s almost no equipment, at least no weights). No kitchen facilities in the rooms, but guests can store things in a common fridge and borrow plates/ glasses/ cutlery, which already helped. 3 of us stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our cycling trip and found it to be way beyond it's 3 star grading. The rooms are excellent and the shower could not be faulted. The staff are super friendly and provide you with a great breakfast before you walk the very short distance to the beach and the lovely bars and restaurants which line the street beside it. Will definitely be back.

Lovely small hotel (12 rooms), we had a spacious, light room, with convenient location just a few minutes from beaches. Service could not have been more friendly and helpful. Even it is located in the town, the outside noises were not perceived (windows isolation). Air conditioner: Generally I can not sleep with it, but this time was silent and easy regulation for a nice temperature.

The best is the staff. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast could be improved and it is too focused on French customers. I don’t think customers should pay more for two fried eggs and bacon for example. Other than that, I would recommend it

This is probably one of the best places to dine in llafranc. Welcoming, knowledgeable, and excellent food and service. Great ambience. I had fillet. Cooked to perfection. Desert to die for. Good wine. A must visit.

We only went for tapas. We had to queue to get in but the queue moved quite quickly. Service was a little slow but that was probably due to the fact that it was so busy. Perfect venue for sitting outside with a drink and some tapas on a warm evening.

This place has an amazing view of Calella de Palafrugell as it sits on the headland and over looks the beach and town, you are three steps away from the water and the restaurant and buffet sits you right by the sea, it’s also a two minute walk from Llafranc which is also an incredible beach and town to visit. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels across four continents and this place has the friendliest, most helpful staff I have ever run into. I never got the sense it was because it was their job, but that were genuinely great people interested in us having a great stay. The rooms were immaculate and you can't beat the views from the balcony. We will definitely return!
