Very attractive lobby , but the circular bar lacks any atmosphere, no night time entertainment, buffet restaurants, breakfast is the best everything you need to start the day, evening meal a little disappointed food luke warm, poor selection and quality not great, unless you like salads and desserts, In Xmas day we had the gala dinner, started at 8-00 but was 8-45 before the food arrived very late...
Beautiful hotel very clean and staff were very friendly especially Carlos … Food in the main bar was very ordinary for a top class hotel not great and even the way the food was presented was very bad … I work in a 4/5 hotel in Ireland and just thought there wasn’t enough and it could have been presented is a better way also the service in the restaurant upstairs was awful I had a lady spraying...
We came for my mums birthday and the staff surprised her with a bottle of wine and chocolates, she was delighted Elena, Corina, Valeria, Cesar & Ivan always smiled and although busy (there was a salsa conference on and cycling groups) they were welcoming and provided a speedy service
The hotel is fantastic, really beautiful, the food is great, and we especially loved the service from our waiter, Alberto. He made us two cappuccinos and a piña colada, and they were absolutely delicious
Dining area was lovely and food was tasty and plenty of variety. Parking is free outside the hotel. The hotel is near the beach and close to supermarkets. Brilliant hotel and we will visit again
We stayed at this hotel 3 yrs ago. Since then the hotel has had refurb. We enjoyed this hotel the first time but was very impressed this time. Very fresh, modern and clean rooms

Amazing hotel with beautiful views, rooms and great facilities. Only let down is reception which has a bad manager but other than that a truly great place to stay! Would highly recommend!
Excellent! The best of all the human staff!!! Starting with the receptionists, the restaurant staff, the spa, the pool and the two bars, animation, the cleaning girls. It has been a very good experience!!

So very nice, online check-in and lots of staff for the arrival check. Very COVID aware and the restaurant was well managed
We were here Xmas and they even had turkey, no trimmings! We had a super stay and if we are in the area would stay again

Very well keep property with modern and quiet rooms with everything I needed. Bedroom and bathroom were excellent and the balcony was fabulous. I would definitely return here!!!
This place is everything we were looking for. Stunning sea views, club for the kiddos, super clean, comfortable, very good breakfast, and very nice staff.
An absolutely fantastic location, hotel, staff and calp/ calpe depending if you are Valencian or other Spanish . Is a most beautiful seaside ( on the med ) Spanish town.
We really also appreciated our cava and I was a little confused by the room types (my fault for not reading it properly!) but in the end I think we were actually upgraded to a suite which is so worth it, so definitely do recommend
We had an excellent experience at this hotel, top notch facilities and the service was 5 stars. Thank you to everyone there, we and the kids had an unforgettable, amazing experience.
At this time of year we had lots of bottles of water which we’d like to chill but the fridge was deactivated unless we paid a fee for it, this was disappointing and unexpected in such a nice hotel

Loved the rooftop pool and the “Calpe Diem” lounge bar — perfect spot for a drink at sunset. Excellent value for money and a very pleasant stay overall!
Theres a roof top bar which has amazing views. They have a buffet restaurant which is £23 per person if you arent halfboard/full board. They have a pool on the roof top and second floor
There is a bar on the ground floor that opens at night. It isn't very big so seating is limited. All in all, it's a good hotel and i'd recommend it
It says it's a dog hotel, but there is no solution what so ever for the breakfast. You can't bring dog their and when you ask if they can make exception to eat in the bar area instead since dogs are allowed there, nope
Nice hotel right just across from the beach. Big bathrooms with a little shower room and a bath that also came with a shower attachment. All rooms have a balcony, that are private and nice to sit out in at night
Also when checking in, we have stayed at other pv. There they have always been attentive when you bring a dog, you get a small present, a special hanger for the door so the cleaning staff knows it's a dog in the room

I stayed at Imperial Resort for 5 days in September. The most pleasant part of the resort is the view you have over the city from where you can see the sea
We walked into the cool reception out of the Spanish sun and spotted some beautiful Spanish lakes outside the window with large rocks until we realised, hang on these are the pools! The fast check-in and excellent staff meant that we could go right into the pools
It is a quiet place, but you have to keep in mind that you need a car to get around, which is an advantage, because it gives you the freedom to move around the entire area. Parking was included in the accommodation price
Each day when we didn't know what we should do we went and spoke to the amazing receptionists. And with 24/7 receptionists we arrived back past midnight and were still greeted by staff (especially Gabriel)
The resort is not a luxury one, but the atmosphere is friendly and it deserves such an experience, especially for those with children. There were families there who stayed all autumn-winter
I dived under the crystal clear water and didn't want to leave but if I didn't leave I would drown, but then that's not even possible since there are excellent lifeguards always watching

Great area for cyclist's, I would say more cycling than cars in calpe , definitely a cyclist's paradise 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️ Lots of places to visit, if you hire a car or book a trip from the reception area
I booked a room from 5th December to 10th December 2025. I arrived early and the room was ready for me to check-in early with no early charge
This hotel is so clean and in a perfect location. Not many things to do outside the hotel for children not sure if it was because we went out of season. Pool was cold but warmed up throughout our stay
Best hotel staff I have ever encountered and I travel a lot! The facilities were a little tired but everything was clean. Food was good , you could always find something that you liked
Inside heated swimming-pool with water gym. Very easy to walk everywhere around the town
The reception was very friendly and vert helpful regarding minor issue with the TV getting sorted I was on the 4th floor with wonderful balcony view of the beach and famous rock

The majority were Spanish, which was fine with us. Something to be noted: the public areas are clean and bright, but noisy. There are no soft furnishings to absorb the noise, which at meal times was very loud
The property was good. Lovely location. Good breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. In all we were very satisfied with everything . Would recommend to friends. No bad points.
Entertainment throughout the day is fab for kids, pool was so relaxing with quiet music on all day, I kept nodding off I was so relaxed! At night the bar was in full flow and then the main man of entertainment Sam had a show every night! I'm leaving with such a heavy heart and will be returning next year! Wasn’t expecting much as a 3 star and at the price point.. was very happy, great room, clean and comfy and great balcony and views!
The room was big and very comfortable with a lovely sea view. Staff were polite and helpful especially Adrian on night reception. The food was plentiful and a good variety. Pool was clean and loads of sunbeds
The hotel is a bit on the older side, but very clean and organized for a beach holiday. The balcony is large and spacious and there is good air current around it

The sea was warm enough to swim in and very clear with large fish swimming around our feet
There is a small quiet beach about 2 mins walk from the apartments but this had a lot of died seaweed on when were where there but the main beach is about a 5 min walk. Great value and great location
We were close to a very large supermarket, 5 mins to the tourist ‘Tren’, literally on the beach 🏝️ and 5 min walk to the start of the promenade. The old town was really lovely, would like to explore that more
We stayed in a Bungalow on site with a private garden and parking. It’s just reopened under new management and the main Hotel area has two pools with a nice garden / sunbathing area. Will definitely be returning 10/10
The building does not have a resturant but this was not a problem as we had breakfast in a lovely belgium cafe 2 mins walk from the apartment and some fantastic food along the promenade
The pool was a great bonus as it was crystal clear and quiet enough to do some lane swimming before a full day of eating and drinking. (There is also a shallow pool for small children)

Kevin on reception was very good, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. Hotel was bright,clean and modern. No negatives at all.
We stayed for 10 nights, I wish we had booked for longer. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, our room was cleaned every day to an excellent standard

Good location just next to the famous Calpe Rock, and waterfront broad walk. Staff are extremely friendly so as the custodians. Onsite hotel restaurant is serving excellent food.

Great hotel , lovely room everything nicely clean and charming , you get an room with an bathroom nothing else but its perfectly fine , really quiet also no cars , when arriving you have to search for the personal though took a while to find him phone number also didnt work

Hostel is in the middle of the old town. There are lots restaurants about and some really nice local ones. There are alot of hill to go up to the hostel. And it is about half hr up hill walk from the beach
I was a solo female and feel safe walking to the hostel at night. The hostel is nicely decorated with a communal area. I had a good size room, private bathroom with double bed
It is well located although you have to walk but you can get to know the center
A very professional and friendly welcome, a great place, I highly recommend it.
