Easy check in and out with friendly reception staff.
Travelled with friends and we were given the top 2 rooms which had amazing views and large balconies with sun loungers.
Bathroom was spacious with an excellent hot shower.
Large comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe space/storage.
Modern TV and safe.
No kettle or cups but we had our own so not a problem.
Some noise during the night, especially from the lift.
Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice.
Dinner was not so good!
Not a great choice and not quality food.
We ate out at a local restaurant on our second night due to the dinner menu not being great!
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in the future but only on a bed and breakfast option.

Location good staff excellent food average Noise levels horrendous & unacceptable in the entertainment room with the quiet room available to Staff only the canteen is also very noisy.On windy days of which we've had many the doors to balcony vibrate & open so security is poor. This hotel badly needs refurbishment

We have stayed at the Port Europa Hotel a few times, this will be our last visit.
The rubbish bin in the bathroom had not been emptied from the previous occupant, the room was dark and in generally poor condition.
There is a lot of choice for breakfast but the quality is very poor and we had to queue for a long time every morning for coffee, more machines are needed. Breakfast was not a pleasant experience as it seemed like a free for all every morning.
On one of the mornings the swimming pool tiles (which are next to the dining room), were being painted with an extremely unpleasant product that gave out an over powering smell. Incomprehensible that whilst people were eating food such an activity was being carried out, bad management!
The positives were that the staff were friendly and the Hotels proximity to the beach and town is very good.

The Hotel is ideally situated, with the seafront just across the road. A lovely walk along the front to the vibrant town centre.
The apartment was very spacious, with a large bedroom and very nice bathroom complete with a bath as well as a shower. A large kitchen and living area complete with a second tv.
We were staying full board with wine and water included, There was a good choice of food each day, well prepared and presented.
The standard of service was really good with all staff very eager to assist. I was able to leave my car in the large, secure underground parking area at an additional cost.
We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return this coming year.

Great stay but food in restaurant wasn’t hot enough. I was on half board and I was worried about the holding temperatures for the hot food. The variety of the food was good though

Excellent hotel. Excellent value for money. Delicious and varied breakfasts and dinners. Beautiful views from the balcony. Large rooms. I recommend it to everyone.

We had a really nice time at the Port Europa hotel thank you. The room was lovely and spacious with views of the lake and the sea. The breakfast was plentiful and suited me and my veggie wife!
All the staff were very helpful and friendly.
